Stayed two nights at this hotel. It was not bad. Very clean and nice staff. Breakfast is free and they have a lot of good variety. It was a bit far from Oxford University and Train Station (about 35-40 minutes). We had a positive experience.

We stayed at the Hotel on a match day and its right next door. There were enough marshals to ensure that fans did not stray onto the hotel property. The room was fine, no problem. Only comment was the room did not have air conditioning...More
This place was fully booked and quite honestly they couldn't care whether I had a good time or not.
The breakfast was packed and lacking in bacon, cutlery, bread and smiles.
Would not stay here again.More

Service and cleanliness were top notch especially the front desk staff. Next time we will book two single beds as the 4' 6" standard version was a mite cosy! Try the nearby Oxy Oriental for an excellent evening meal and then sit at the hotel...More

There is definitely a bus stop on the road by the hotel, but we used the nearby park and ride which was, we thought, inexpensive. Parking cost in Oxford are horrendous (as with most major cities I guess).
