Nothing was too much trouble for the team at the Bull. Haven't experienced such great service in a long time. Wonderful breakfast. There is a charm about this hotel. It is not boutiquey at all, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Child and dog friendly. We will be back.

As other reviews have already stated this is a well run Hotel with every thought put into your stay. Our room was on the ground floor, it was spacious and very clean with toiletries, iron, ironing board and a generous morning tray and bottled water. The beds were soft and comfortable, the bathroom was warm and roomy with bath and...

We, a group of 8, have just come back from a lovely weekend here. As a number of people mention in their reviews the staff are particularly friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to make you feel at home in a welcoming matter. While we didnt have dinner we had breakfast - they offer a very good...

Great location, considerate customer service and delicious food both for dinner and breakfast. Ask for Lord Nelson and Lady Hamilton's room with its sloping floor and palpable sense of history. The breakfast buffet is extensive and outstanding and the cooked breakfast have ingredients all sourced locally. We will come again.

If you're a wheelchair user Burford probably isn't top of your list of places to visit, being a very old town built on a hill, but we decided to give it a go whilst visiting friends in the area. My friend had been told the Bull was a lovely hotel so I rang to see if they had any accessible...

We stayed in room 3, the Cromwell Suite which was a beautiful romantic room with open fireplace and four posted bed. Spacious room overlooks the high street. Downside was not much power or heat coming from the shower at night, this was slightly better in the morning. Room was also very hot and noisy - not from outside but almost...

The hotel is well situated on the high street and is very convenient . The building is over 500 years old so the rooms are a little quirky but comfortable and quite adequate . Car parking is limited but it is easy to find street parking at this time of year .What makes this venue a must to visit is...
