A beautifully quiet spot in the Cotswolds nothing to much trouble for the staff food was superb and the Debos room lovely and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Scenery beautiful there is the option to travel easily to surrounding villages and points of interest such as bourton on the water

We stayed in a large room in the converted barn-charmingly decorated, beautiful views, very comfortable bed and bath. After a 12 mile hike across the River Windrush valley, it as a welcome respite, and offered delicious food in the pub.

The Swan Inn was a lovely place to round off our honeymoon in the UK. Owned by the Duchess of Devonshire and operated by husband and wife team Archie and Nicola Orr-Ewing, the inn comprises a pub/inn called the Swan as well as extremely well-appointed lodging (a heater in the bathroom!). We stayed in the Riverside room in the cottage...

We spent last weekend staying at the Swan Inn including the wedding breakfast and reception. The location is perfect but what made the whole event was the staff. Congratulations must go to Daniel, his wife and their "league of nations" team for their unfailing helpfulness and going the extra mile to ensure their guests were looked after so well. This...

Stunning setting with a pub that does it justice, just the right mix of character with a modern twist, still a proper pub but with great food and helpful and friendly staff. We loved our room, much nicer than many bigger hotels we've stayed in. Everything laid out in just the way you need it, fantastic attention to detail, for...

Planned a stop for a nice meal whilst walking with by husband and dog. You need to book as this place gets busy quick. Very friendly, welcomed dogs, great food and wine. Everything we had was fresh and tasty. A great stop when anyone is planning a country walk.

The location was in a spectacular setting and the rooms were all up to date, well appointed with very comfortable beds. The food was excellent and the atmosphere in the...

Stayed here for two nights in Debo's room over my wedding weekend. Stunning suite - a treat to stay in. I was especially appreciative of the nespresso machine on my wedding morning. Breakfast was delicious and staff were really friendly and helpful. Wifi was very reliable (a bonus when there isn't much mobile signal!). A bit difficult to just have...

Stayed in a Stables Room for a Sat night. Young man from Hotel carried my bag to room but left immediately without any explanation of facilities what so ever. He appeared put out that he had to leave the bar where he was working. The room was very hot!!! It has underfloor central heating. There were no instructions in the...
