Normally give Premier Inn a 5 but on this occasion it's a 4. Friendly and helpful staff on check in and at breakfast. Room smaller than usual but comfortable bed and sofa in the room. Great hair dryer. This hotel is situated by a busy road and bars but we had a good nights sleep and there was no noise....

Visiting with friends for an event at the local theatre. I was a little disappointed by the staff level here. There was never anyone readily available, we always had to buzz or wait around. Seemed a little disorganised, however the staff were helpful and the rooms were clean.

Extremely economic for what it offers. Very good location in Nghm city center. Good bed and pillows, good bathroom. The wifi is slow and the breakfast poor. But as I have said, good quality for money.

Spent 2 nights here after collecting our son from university. The hotel was spotless and in a fantastic location. Bit of an issue checking in but that's a computer issue nothing to do with the hotel or staff. Second visit to this hotel and will definitely use it again in future.

Even though you are in a busy area you never hear a thing from all the outside noise, had two fantastic nights sleep. The general location is very good, in respect...

Couldn't fault it usual Premier Inn standard great location. Good busy feel to it given it's very central location but quiet room. Reduced priced NCP car park directly opposite. Rooms smaller than some other Premier Inns I've stayed in but then it is a City hotel. Would recommend.

We had a few issues and changed rooms 3 times, but all rooms were clean and modern. Room 1 - 4th floor, after an hour and a half the room was still chilly and found out that the heating system was not working on this floor. We were given assistance with a move to the 3rd floor. Room 2 -...
