The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good, clean and tidy and a nice size. There was no mould in the bathroom. Toiletries are provided in dispensers, so if you need luxuary stuff take your own. Beds comfortable. Trams run after midnight and start again early in the morning, but there is no traffic noise. Breakfast really...

Lovely afternoon, evening and night spent in Nottingham with thanks to Premier Inn. Really helpful staff and just a few minutes walk into the centre, especially good for the Royal Concert Hall and Theatre Royal.

I would not s.tay here in the future given a choice. The staff spend a great deal of time talking with young friends who live in this student populated area rather than dealing with issues relating to their paying guests. The restraunt is now t well placed and is accessed through a student populated coffee shop. The food is not...

This is the third time that we have stayed in this Premier Inn at Christmas time and it was no doubt the best overall, as the staff went out of their way to please and the food and drink were expertly served and tasted great. We arrived too early to access our rooms, but the receptionist was happy to stow...

We stayed in the hotel at the start of December for 3 nights with our children . It was so close to the shops , Christmas Market and all the transfer links . The facilities and service were top class .

Great hotel for city break, nice quiet area close to Nottingham Trent uni and 5 min walk to shops, restaurants etc. Stayed here to visit my daughter at uni, rest value for money. Staff very helpful and although I didn't dine here, premier inn food always good value!

Getting a bit tatty round the edges now but the location and fantastic staff more than make up for it. Arrive early enough and you can park right behind the hotel. We stay in the corner family rooms which are very spacious

Room was substandard, dripping taps during the night. Menu in room torn indicating no pride from hotel staff. Parking is limited which left us walking with our luggage from a Parkade. A good 5-10min walk. Pillow on the floor when we arrived. Room smelt like a hospital room, clearly someone got trigger happy with antiseptic in the room. We do...

Stayed one night to attend an event in Nottingham. Car park is small and was full when we arrived, alternative parking locally and directions at the barrier, but you can park on the roads around the hotel cheaply on pay and display. Short walk into town centre. Room was comfortable but only 2 cups etc in a room for 3...

I stayed at this lovely premier inn for the third time and once again the staff were attentive and couldn't do enough for me. It was my birthday today and when I went to my room last night they had left chocolates, wine a card and balloon. Such a lovely thought and I really appreciated it. We'll be returning very...
