Stayed here while working in the area. We had our dog with us which we were charged the privilege of £20 extra for the night initially, after complaining that I found that extortionate; it was lowered to £10 for the night for the dog. I appreciate that bringing a dog to a hotel adds extra time to the cleaning of... More

my husband and myself stayed at the Park overnight recently for a theatre break and to see the Xmas market. Great value hotel with a warm welcome. Lovely room overlooking the park and the Arboratum. Nothing was too much trouble, very comfortable.

I stayed in this hotel for about 7 nights. It is just next to NTU city camous, the city center is less than 10 mins walk. The room was extremley small a chair did not fit in beside the bed. However it was clean and warm. The bathroom was also clean and the towels smelled nice. There was a ketel... More

Don't be fooled by the good price!!! I have booked this hotel last minute for myself and my partner due to a problem we had with the car. as soon as I stepped into the 'hotel' I knew it wasn't going to be good.. Dusty carpets, crappy reception and no lifts ! i was given an 'upgrade' to a room... More

Hotel offered a good room rate and great location for us being halfway between our sons uni house and city centre. The room, ( superior double) was clean, spacious and relatively modern, bathroom was very small and in need of some updates and maintenance...my husband actually fixed the shelf and towel rail while we were there himself! The only way... More

No real pros to point out about this hotel except it was fairly close to Nottingham centre. I found the room fairly dirty. There was something (don't even want to describe it) floating in our sink every time we turned the tap on. There were mould patches on the inside walls of the bedroom and bathroom. I felt I over... A very reasonably priced hotel. Located in a student area, near Nottingham Trent University. Only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Room was clean, not that large, we did have 3 of us staying in a room though. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great & staff were friendly. We arrived early & it was fine to leave our... More

Location is ok, but the hotel really needs a renovation. Room was quit clean. Lamp-switches did not work properly, television-set did not work, in the morning there was no hot water in the shower, we could use the shower from an other empty room. Overall atmosphere was icy. This has so much more potential.
