igloo hostel Nottingham review ( barn 6 man) (5/10) The atmosphere There was a positive atmosphere from the outset in the communal kitchen with a vibrant board of discounts and local places. There were also helpful labels on food items in kitchen cupboards. Co-residents were polite so plenty of socialisation and friend making could take place. Although my crisps and...

Very comfortable room and very colorful. Well equipped kitchen, a bit chilly but comfortable enough. Shared bathroom which was always clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful :) It is near the city centre and near some cool places like Rescue Rooms (we ate something there but it is really nice to hace a drink as well). Highly recommendable,...

My friend booked the accommodation - I would have overlooked this place because I haven't had any previous experience with hostels. From the time we arrived the the staff were very helpful - they genuinely want to make sure that their guests make the most of their time in Nottingham. The rooms were clean, as were the shared facilities. The...

Me and my partner had an event planned on a Saturday night so we decided to make a weekend of it. Othe rplaces were way out of our budget or unavailable. Luckily we were able to get the last double room at the Hostel. It was a little tricky to find when driving but I think that was just because...

But staff were friendly, and I parked behind the building. It is clean and quiet and has hot water in the bathrooms [towels available to hire]. I appreciated being able to heat up my bargain Waitrose food in the kitchen when I came back and have a hot...

I wasn't expecting luxury but was pleasantly surprised at how convenient it was. Stayed only one night but had a good comfortable bed to sleep in, hot shower in the morning and a nice kitchen area to make some tea and heat something to eat. Visiting Notts again in the same circumstances and I would stay here again.
