Stayed for one night so we could visit the Kielder Observatory, and generally very happy with our stay. We were in Classic Opulent, which was fortunate as it was on an upstairs floor and so didn't have anyone walking past the windows as I suspect might have been the case on the lower ground properties (although it was very quiet...

My wife and I stayed in the versache glamour suite on 7th and 8th of April having stayed before in a different suite. The location is superb being close to kielder water and in the sleepy little village of falstone. The suite of rooms were excellent with no real complaints apart from the TV in the main bedroom wasn't connected...

We stayed in the Meadow View shepherd's hut. A small but we'll appointed hut with a kitchen, bathroom and living space. All linen, towels and shower gel provided plus a hairdryer. Tea, fresh coffee and sugar also provided. A getaway from it all no TV, no wifi or 4G just birds, rabbits and silence. We sat outside having built a...

We stayed in the Romantic Medieval for just two nights. It was nicely decorated, clean, toasty warm and well-equipped, but had hardly any natural light which we found a bit disconcerting. Also quite expensive, but I think this a common issue in the dark skies area. We would stay there again, but perhaps in another apartment.

Absolutely loved it here! was such a romantic weekend away and well worth the money. Staff were so helpful to cater to any needs! will definitely be back. Phone signal is a little poor but what do you expect when you are out in the country - shops and pubs next town along about 15 minute drive.

Location and decoration lovely. Is it 5*.... No! Arrived to a leak from apartment above, sent an email immediately and received no response until hours after we had our welcome meeting.... They just gave us more towels to mop it up! So communication terrible! And the room we were in was so noisy from footsteps and voices above, creaky floorboards...

Stayed in the 'romantic medieval' room for one night last night, and it was beautiful. Amazing little space with kitchen, wood burner and lovely mezzanine bedroom. Very handy if you're planning on going to the observatory (that's what we went up for, unfortunately the event was cancelled, but the stay was still lovely).

We stayed in the Versace Glamour apartment for one night while visiting Kielder's Winter Wonderland. The apartment was huge and the décor and facilities were first class. We have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness, and I'm happy to report that the whole place was absolutely spotless; in fact the oven was actually gleaming. We'd honestly recommend this...

We spent a couple of nights in the French apartment on the ground floor which was spacious and comfortable for the two of us. The main bedroom had a comfortable bed and good size en-suite, although there was little space to hang clothes. The living space was bright and airy with large windows that overlook a court yard and there...

We had two days here while visiting the Kielder Observatory. The location is good - just twenty minutes by car to the Observatory, and well placed for other local attractions and pubs. The attention to detail is wonderful: Tea and real coffee much appreciated. We stayed in Versace Glamour where everything is designed and provided with such a good eye...
