Everything you need is here, latest equipment in the kitchens, TVs in the bedrooms, sauna, what more could you need. Staff were on hand when we needed help, great place and great staff. Stayed in a four bedroom lodge in January for a family break to celebrate a 50th birthday party. The lodge itself was clean, and seemed to be recently decorated. Views were lovely and even better for the snow! While staying at the lodge, we went quad biking which was great, despite two minor crashes... We also made use of the...

Lodge was clean but very cold when we arrived as a window had been left open. It took 2 days to get warm as heaters only adequate if full on. Electricity expensive...

The lodge in question was a 3 bedroom with two en suites and a family bathroom which had a large Jacuzzi bath and sauna room attached. Decoration was of a high standard throughout with a well equipped kitchen, including large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, built in over...

We have been visiting Slaley for close to 20 years and the lodges are lovely. We stayed in 6010 this time, a peacefully located bungalow adjacent to the golf course. The views were fabulous The lodge was spotlessly clean with beautiful linens, towels and robes provided. The decor was perhaps slightly dated/fussy in design with lots of brocade and velvety...

I booked a 3 bedroom Luxury Lodge at Slaley Hall in Northumberland, just outside of Newcastle, for 1 week, at the beginning of July. I had high expectations as I have been to The Carrick on Loch Lomond, which is owned by the same Group. Sadly, not a patch on The Carrick, although I have to admit that my guests...

Having visited a few times and family having a couple of timeshares I can highly recommend, they are beautiful inside with a sauna as one of the features each lodge has, also discount on meals and drinks in the hotel which is very friendly and caters well for families with great staff and of course there are two golf courses.
