There was a varied choice for breakfast and the food tasted great....

The St. George is a clean, pleasant, well-run place in an impressive residential neighborhood a moderate walk south of the center of York. There is also city bus service. Our hosts (and their cat) made us glad that we had booked. Would definitely stay again.

We were given the room on the ground floor which was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and the surrounding area was very quiet...
