I nearly titled this review creaky and cramped but realized that this would give totally the wrong impression of what was an excellent enjoyable and amazing value for money stay. I booked a single en-suite which turned out in one way to be tiny and in another almost Tardis like which seems to be a contradiction. The actual single room...

The room smells so nice when I first got in and also the towels, the toilet are very clean. It has a water kettle in the room and I could make tea or coffee as I want, which is great. TV is also provided - it's not important to me but it's a nice add-on. The English breakfast in great....

I have stayed for just one night, but I couldn't feel more welcome. Tony greeted me on arrival and showed me my bedroom, very small but with all the facilities that I needed for such a short stay. Abbingdon is located just few minutes walk from the city centre and the Minster, so it was really great value for the...

Have already recommended this lovely B&B to friends and family. A warm welcome, comfortable stay and awesome breakfast was provided by our friendly hosts. The location is ideal - about a 20 minute walk from the station and 7 minute walk to the Minster. The rooms covered all the basic necessities. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 2 nights as I was in York with my wife for our anniversary. The room we had was clean and well organised. Even though it faced the street..it was quiet at night. Only a short walk to local pubs, bars and restaurants. I would definately stay here again. The staff were friendly and the quality of breakfast...

This is a small guest house just outside of the city centre. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms looked a little dated but was comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable and used good quality ingredients. Shower cubicle would have benefitted from a spray of bleach to kill the mold but otherwise seemed clean. For a short stay the Abbingdon was...

We've stayed here yet again, four years in a row while attending York Races. Again this B&B was very clean, the owners very welcoming and very helpful people. The full English breakfasts are very nice and set you up for the day, but you also have as much cereals, yoghurts and toast that you want. We will definitely be back...
