Me and my wife stayed at Gregory's during a break in December. The B&B is well located at only 10-15 minutes walk from the city center, along the Sal to the centre there are several restaurants, pubs and shops. Stayed for weekend was ideal as went to Barbican highly recommend. They were accommodating reccomended places to visit lovely rooms , clean and fresh. If you coming to york I would definitely recommend visiting here

We stayed in between Christmas & New Year it was picture postcard with the cold frosty, foggy mornings. Bev & Martin are lovely people & make you feel really welcome. The Guest house itself is very nice and a good brisk 15 minute walk right into the centre of York. Would definitely recommend Gregory's Guest House

We were given a lovely warm welcome from Bev and Martin and suggestions for places to visit plus how to get there. The room was very clean with lovely touches such as home made shortbread - mmm!
