We had a really pleasant stay at Number Seven. Lynne was very welcoming and helped us with the parking. Clean rooms and lovely breakfast. We will be returning again as soon as possible. Also good of Number Seven to takes one night bookings without any fuss. Will give all our friends and family the telephone number.

Very comfortable with warm welcome and great full English Breakfast. Bedroom very comfortable with exceptional bed for a good night's sleep. Lots of guests returning for the third/fourth time. (that is what we have done too).

Whitby is my all time favourite place to visit and this guest house makes it even more special. The hosts Lynne and George are amazing and can't do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent, the rooms are beautiful, spotless, and very reasonably priced. The location is brilliant, within a short walking distance of the...

My first time at this guesthouse in Whitby and it was stunning, my room over looked the bay and was spotless all weekend even though I trailed sand all the way upto my room. The ensuite was clean and warm and comfortable. Breakfast was great and even though I had special requests it was handled without any issues and sorted...

Lynne and George seemed to be in a world of their own, especially during our arrival and at breakfast. Odd state of affairs over getting a bit more milk for my cereal. Seemed to cause a deep discussion (?) Found rooms clean, but heating only came on for a hour in the afternoon - so generally it was cold.

Breakfast is consistently good with a huge selection. rooms are well presented and feel right for the historic Whitby setting. Lynne and George are always friendly and...

I stayed here for 6 nights for the Goth weekend in a single room (no.8) and enjoyed my stay. Lynne & George were friendly. The building is nicely decorated and kept very clean. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruit, cereal and cooked options which are very filling! A well stocked tea tray in the room with a nice touch...
