We spent 1 night at Red House Farm 3 years ago, near the end of the epic Coast to Coast walk. Sandra & Tom's hospitality - and breakfast! - and the beauty of the surrounding area made us swear we'd come back one day.
We booked the Threshing Barn for a weeks holiday with our ten month old twins. Prior to booking, the owners couldn't be more helpful, measuring up to make sure travel cots etc would fit.

We really loved staying here.
Comfy beds...tasty breakfast....friendly hosts...beautiful house and buildings....the sound of an owl at night and a cockerel in the morning !!!
Highly recommended !
Hope to return one day.

How kind of you to write and we are so pleased that you are interested in coming to Red House Farm. If you are interested in B&B in the main house we do not take dogs in the main house. However, we do have two options for dogs. The first is that we have 2 cottages, The Threshing Barn and the Old Sheaf Store, where we do accept 1 well-behaved dog of selected breeds. If this is an option for you, please get back to me with when you were thinking of coming and I can get back to you with availability and prices for those cottages. By the way, beginning with Good Friday Week and Easter Week up until after the 31st of October, we rarely take any bookings other than 7 night bookings starting on Saturday in those two cottages. For shorter stays in the Hayloft or the main house, the other option is that we have a dedicated doggy stable, but it is only suitable if a dog is an outside dog that is used to staying outside and on its own. It is clean, roomy, newly strawed and secure,
Please see our website (link on Trip Advisor) for virtual tour of the Threshing Barn and the Old Sheaf Store.
We hope to hear from you soon and if, so, I can send you more details.
