We were arriving midday by train but a phone call in advance assured as that not only would we be able to drop off our luggage but our room would be ready before normal check-in time. A very warm welcome with an excellent selection of tourist leaflets (note that the Norwich map includes a voucher giving discounts at a number...

We were here for a family event. We had ensuite and non- ensuite rooms, clean, warm, great breakfast (including veggie options), helpful and friendly staff, David and Mandy. Free wifi. Minutes walk from the railway station and parking permit available for on street parking. Easy walk to central Norwich. Definitely recommended.

This has been my home from home when staying in Norwich when working away for the last 4-5 years and I try not to stay anywhere else apart from when they are full due to the value for money this B&B/guest house represents. Mandy & David are excellent hosts and always make me feel welcome and at home. The rooms...

I've stayed here a number of times, very good value and very reasonably priced. Bed and breakfast good - like home from home. Always feel very welcome and cared for. Close to railway station and shopping centre - very convenient.

We spent one night there. It is really close to the train station and it is within walking distance of the centre. The room was nice, cosy and clean. The bed was really comfortable and we slept really good. The only dissapointment was that we woke up from the smell coming from the kitchen in the morning and it was...

David welcomed us and showed us straight up to our room, outlining breakfast times, parking and any other questions we had. From then, we met Mandy who shared with us her favourite places to eat and visit in Norwich which made choosing somewhere to eat a lot easier. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed during our weekend...

Welcomed with a filthy carpet that should have been blue/grey Spoke to the gentleman prior to my visit he assured me my room would be ready early and he would give me a parking permit on arrival but neither was done. Rooms mismatched unclean we wasn't aware of shared bathroom facilities which was our fault as it was written at...

I traveled alone and booked a single room. I was given a clean room with a comfy bed, no ensuite which I was aware of, but the bathroom did have a good shower. The owner was helpful in pointing out places of interest and offered extra refreshments if required. In the morning I went into the dining area for fabulous...

I returned here as it is such a delight to stay - the owners Mandy & David make me so welcome with terrific vegan cooked breakfast. I have a single room with shared bathroom but the whole place is so clean & fresh!

I stayed here for a week 2-6th august whilst attending a course locally. Location is great, I walked out to dinner every night and was within walking distance of loads of pubs and restaurants. 5 mins walk from the train station and a morrisons. The couple who run it are very friendly and helpful and can't do enough. I had...
