The Hotel is well placed in the Lanes of Norwich. Top tip park your car in the bay outside and go in to get directions to their car park which isn't easy to find. The rooms were clean and spacious, if a little noisy at...More
This hotel gives the impression of being quite large but actually only has 16 rooms.
It is ideally placed a few minutes from the main centre and close to many bars and restaurants. The bar and restaurant area has comfy sofas and chairs to while...More
Thank you for redeeming yourselves St Giles. Without looking back, my review is based on our stay in January 2018 with new management in place. We had afternoon tea with fizz and most definitely appreciated the newly employed pastry chef’s talents. Scones (both cheese and...More
We booked to stay here for two nights, partly to celebrate my birthday but mostly because I had it in mind as a very strong choice for a wedding venue, as we are due to marry in 2019. We had even set up an appointment...More

The gated secure car park is behind the hotel, accessed via Pottergate. It is free and owned by the hotel and normally has more than sufficient spaces for each of the 24 rooms. First come first served - no reservations possible. However, it can get full if there is a function or spa party. Pay and display has to be used in Pottergate or St Giles St until a space comes free behind the hotel. Best fone the hotel before booking to check if a function is on if parking is important.
