Great weekend break in handy central location in Norwich. Excellent food and overall service. Staff were exceptional and very helpful with a great attitude 'nothing was too much trouble'. Times of breakfast and evening meal bookings were very flexible when other times were available!

This hotel was recommended to us by a friend so we knew what to expect. The accommodation was eccentric and we understand that the property was once purchased by a rich Russian man who stripped it of its art deco assets and then sold it but what remains suited me and my wife. We did not have dinner at the...

We visited the hotel for afternoon tea shortly before Christmas and it was a truly wonderful experience. The food was really excellent and incredible value (I know my afternoon teas and this was a seriously good one, and not in the least provincial!) but what really stood out was the service. The two male waiters we had were just lovely,...

We stayed two nights in this lovely and well, located hotel. The staff are excellent: friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The room was warm and well presented- the shower room was especially spacious and obviously recently refurbished-and the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. There is a good and spacious bar and everywhere had a relaxed feel. All in all, an...

Took advantage of the Friday dinner bed and breakfast package. Stayed in room 24 which is a very spacious suite, we had a few minor issues but certainly nothing of any great significance and we wouldn't hesitate to go back on a similar deal. We would always prefer a double bed as opposed to two singles joined together, we find...
