Another excellent Premier Inn; good quality and good value. Friendly & helpful staff too. Parking not great though, you park in a public multi-story car park close by. This means a walk and adds to the cost of your stay.

Our party of three stayed for four nights over the Christmas period and were surprised to see how busy the hotel was. It is ideally located for the city centre, just a short walk from the shops. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very welcoming and chatty, even those who were having to work on Christmas day!... More

We have stayed here a few times, perfect location for town, pubs & restaurants. We arrived early Sunday to avoid the manic traffic into the car park & were very pleased to find that they could give us our room. The rooms are spotless, slept like a log. All the staff were lovely & very accommodating. Highly recommend 😊

I visit Norwich for business and this is ideally situated - the multi storey car park is a short walk away and then 5 minutes into town. A quiet area, the restaurant is very comfortable - ate evening meal and breakfast here. staff are always helpful and room very comfortable.

Lenny Henry, oops, sorry...... Sir Lenny Henry, is not wrong; you get a great night's sleep in a really comfortable bed at Premier. We enjoyed a lovely short city break in this centrally-located hotel and could not find fault. The all-in breakfast is also great value and sets you up perfectly for a long day's sightseeing and shopping. Nice friendly... More

I have stayed at 100's of hotels for both business and pleasure and this premier inn, located in the heart of one of Britain's most beautiful and historical cities, is a great find. Modern, clean, uber friendly and as their motto states, ' They guarantee you a perfect nights sleep. The beds are brilliant

For my wife and I,Premier Inn can rarely do wrong. However there are rare setbacks. On arrival, the staff were lovely, but however lovely the suggestion to take a walk around Norwich as your room was not ready,,did not endear. However the location is great, with subsidised parking close at hand - a great plus where spaces are like hens teeth. The room was great, with brilliant... More

Stay pretty much as expected, Adequate and nothing special. Certainly nothing to complain about, staff friendly, room reasonably comfortable. A bit overpriced for my stay. Same with breakfast, ok but nothing special.
