Our second stay at this friendly and comfortable place, convenient for Norwich city and our sons house in NR1. Great shower and comfortable bed. Good value for money. Just sorting dates for the New Year.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the train station with less than 10 minute walk to the bars & restaurants. We were in room 18 which was at the top of the hotel, very steep climb up 3 flights of stairs, would not be practical for less mobile people. The room wa

This is a question for the hotel - we would like a double bed, if available for a stay of Sept 15, to the 18th. Also, is the hotel centrally located to downtown as we will not have a vehicle.
I haven't stayed at the hotel, but I do know that the hotel is very central. It's in easy walking distance of bars, shops, restaurants etc, so its fine if you don't other other means of transport! Prince of Wales Road (which is the road opposite, over the river) is where all of the clubs and bars are!

"Ask for room 14 or 15, good view quiet enough for a good nights sleep"
"Ask for a ground floor room if you are less mobile"
"Room 8 is above the front entrance to the building but the hotel is situated on a very quiet road."
"not really sure how to choose as we have only stayed here once"
"Stairs are steep!"
