Stayed here for 4 nights with my friend. We stayed in room 9.
Lovely welcome, staff very friendly and helpful. Supplied us with fresh milk for a cup of tea and wine cooler for our wine which we could store in their fridge.
Arriving late afternoon I managed to park outside with no issues. Check in nice and friendly and I was given directions into the town. Room was lovely, very clean and loads of room for a single traveller. After a great shower (lots of hot water)...More
Room on top floor, far better than expected. Probably the best value hotel I have ever stayed at in the uk. Nice pub across the road and 20 mins walk into town. Very nice hotel especially at the price.

I haven't stayed at the hotel, but I do know that the hotel is very central. It's in easy walking distance of bars, shops, restaurants etc, so its fine if you don't other other means of transport! Prince of Wales Road (which is the road opposite, over the river) is where all of the clubs and bars are!
