I stayed here for three nights before getting a house for my Erasmus in Norwich. Great location next to the Norwich rail station, well served also with buses for every place in the city. Basic equipment but perfect for a young traveller with a low budget. The room was very confortable and clean. Staff always available and very kind.

The positives first, the chap was a very nice man, very helpful and the room was clean and had tea/coffee facilities. The hotel does not have parking - it has access to approx 5 public spaces on the side of a busy road as does the rest of the world. So if these are not available there is not even...

We were placed in the 'hotel' annex, a few doors down from the main hotel. Despite having checked earlier there was no parking and we had the farce of trying to snag one of the public parking places across a very busy road. Not what we needed after a 4 hour drive! The room was small and very, very hot....

Very basic but very comfortable double room. Lovely double shower and tea/coffee making facilities. Comfy bed too. Road noise was loud but ignorable. Quiet inside. No noise after hours. Lovely continental breakfast and only £2.50 per person. Friendly staff. Perfect location for station (3 mins walk) and city centre (15 mins walk)

Booked through late rooms for a week's work in Norwich. Hotel is on two sites. Main building where the reception is and breakfast is served and an annexe a block away. I was in the annex. My room was downstairs and, perhaps because I live in a quiet area, I found the traffic noise kept me up all night. I...

I got put in room 12 which is basically the loft. Once through (the broken) bedroom door, the stairs up to the body of the room were frighteningly steep - don't drink much alcohol if you get put in there! The room was less than basic and I had to share a poor standard of bathroom. People had there room doors...

On a budget and need a clean friendly hotel then this is the one for you. If your planning a special trip to Norwich you'll probably be a bit disappointed. Try to get an en-suite if you can . It's convenient for the station and I understand there is car parking. It's a few minutes walk to the city centre....

We chose this hotel because it was very close to the railway station. Judging by the amenities is was no more than a 2 star. There was no shampoo or cream rinse. the bathroom was terrible. Lots of mold, the mirror was so high that I couldn't reach to see myself in it. The shower was big enough, but the...

I didn't spend a lot of time in this hotel, well the annexe of it which is a couple of minutes walk away. The steep steps into which are quite steep, and my room (I think this was 21) was right next to the front door to the annexe. Easy to find, yes, but when people arrived and left it...
