I stayed for a week for business and everyone was lovely. The manager was more than accommodating and polite and went out her way to help me. Jillian who served us at breakfast most days was professional, friendly and remembered me each day which was lovely. Jillian was always around to help and made an effort to speak to me every morning Very happy and would stay again

We travelled 200 miles for a trip to Middlesborough for a gig we'd waited months for! Parking was easy, reception were welcoming, everything was clean and well kept. Duty manager was an absolute star! Can't thank him enough for helping us with parking too! Perfectly located for gigs and a wonder in town!

Recently stayed here,on outer little jaunt to thirsk races, hotel is ldeally located, not far from train station, and a short walk to town, hotel staff ,were friendly and attentive, and always said, good morning, or have a nice evening, I like them little touches, hotel was clean and tidy, room was as I would expect from a premier inn, overall a enjoyable stay, and I will definitely return.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here from 12/05/2022 - 14/05/2022. The experience wasn't that good because we got put in Room 308 - which had no hot water coming from the shower so we requested to move rooms which was granted to Room 406. The bed wasn't comfortable and we struggled to get a good night's sleep. We decided to try the Premier Inn Breakfast on 13/05/2022, and it was poor and didn't taste nice or an actual breakfast. I had a full English breakfast and I didn't like the texture and taste of the mushrooms, scrambled eggs and fried eggs. This is something in my opinion that needs to be massively improved for the price of £9.50 because it ain't good enough. My girlfriend had the continental breakfast and she didnt like it. The shower curtain in room 406 smelt peculiar and off putting. The bath was way too small so we struggled to get a proper wash due to our disabilities as me and my girlfriend both have autism. It wasn't the best hotel stay that we had as it was our first romantic getaway as a couple. I wouldn't pay for more than one night because the shower was rubbish and the bath was too small also I didn't like the experience overall. Even though the staff at reception were friendly and polite to us.

Hi, Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry that you had a disappointing stay with us recently due to your room not having hot water and the the room you were changed to didn't have a comfortable bed and the bath was too small. We're also sorry that you wasn't happy with the breakfast. This certainly isn't the experience we would expect for you. We’ve ensured this feedback has been logged to the Hotel Management team so that they can look into these issues with the team to prevent this experience from being repeated again in the future. Thank you for taking the time to contact us and we hope we can welcome you for a more enjoyable stay in the future. Kind regards, James

What a pleasant stay! This must be one of the better Premier Inns, I havent stayed in many, but its the best one of the brand Ive been at, and up there with many 4/5 stars. The staff, especially JANINE were all so friendly and helpful. I was travelling with my young son and we were prioritised for an early check in. Everything went perfectly, location was great, breakfast was superb and the bar service was excellent. Dont try and get an early morning taxi in Middlesbrough though. I used the free phone in the reception at 05.30 and when there was finally an answer I was laughed at! We checked out and tried finding one in the town. Upon returning to the hotel having missed our flight, we were allowed to re enter our room until our hastily booked train back to London. What a fantastic bunch.

Had a great stay. The staff here are so friendly. Jillian who worked the breakfast shift was super helpful, going out of her way to explain the process, offering to order poached eggs or porridge which have to be ordered separately. The meals in the evening have vastly improved and the waiting staff / reception staff are very polite but friendly. I’ll be back, many thanks
