The Chadwick has seven bedrooms, all supplied with tea/coffee, writing desk, Digital Freeview LCD TV, Towels and FREE wireless high speed broadband for all customer. The Chadwick has been awarded with three star rating. And 5 stars out of 5 for excellent standard of hygiene, making very affordable clean bed and breakfast in Middlesbrough.

A really good experience all round. I was staying in Middlesbrough for a couple of days for business, and it was perfect for what I needed. Central but quiet, the room was cozy and comfortable, and I had a couple of really good nights’ sleep. The owner is really friendly and helpful, and makes a fantastic cooked breakfast, which was delicious both mornings! I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Chadwick Guest House is spotlessly clean, and a very well run place. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The bathrooms, which are shared, are all pristine. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and Claudio, the owner, went out of his way to help me, as I was new to the area. He is a true gentleman, who helped me find my way about. For anyone needing to stay overnight in Middlesbrough, to be near James Cook Hospital, Chadwick Guest House is a ten minute walk away, and there is a bus stop five minutes away, and you can catch the 28, which stops outside James Cook. A great guest house, at a very reasonable price.

My wife and I came to visit family and friends over the Xmas period. This is a lovely bed and breafast which was spotlessly clean. The owner was ever so nice, warm and welcoming. Lovely breakfast. Situated in the heart of Middlesbrough in a nice quiet street. We have used this before and will do so again.

This is the second visit to the Chadwick. The room was very clean and comfortable, there is a comfortable guest lounge and the breakfast sets you up for the day. The owner, Claudio is friendly and welcoming. We will be back again.
