Needed a simple place to stay, no fuss, near Buckingham palace. This gem of a place operates a little like an aparthotel as each room has a kitchenette area so no hot food itself in the hotel. This gave us a great opportunity to visit places to eat in the local area. Service was excellent, very helpful. Sleep was excellent, nice and quiet.

Everything about the resident was lovely, welcoming reception area, all staff were pleasant and went out of their way to help, or make polite conversation. The whole hotel was immaculate. The room was very well equipped with hospitality facilities, iron and ironing board, good hairdryer and good television. There were plenty of charge points too - a common shortfall in most hotels. Just next to the Palace easy walking distance to London Victoria train station and many close restaurants to cater for every taste.

We needed a bed for the night close to Buckingham Palace, and this couldn’t have been more perfect, great location, clean, comfortable, friendly staff and we booked a few months ahead and got a great price.

Everything about the hotel suited us perfectly for our visit to London for the Royal Garden Party. In particular all the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a very pleasurable stay. Room was spacious enough and very comfortable. Hotel is in a quiet area with all amenities to hand. M&S and Waitrose round the corner for self catering + excellent selection for eating out in the area. Would thoroughly recommend and will use again. Jason is a star !

All staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and all facilities were very clean. Thermostat in room allowed us to control heating and cooling to our satisfaction. The location is unbeatable for tourists. Many points of interest and the "Tube" are in easy walking distance. The pastry shop outside the front entrance is great and open very early every day. Many restaurants nearby, including Wagamama (Asian fusion).

Location, comfortable bed, hot shower with good pressure, evening happy hour with good wine and snacks, delightful staff. Only downside was the smallish “standard double” room. They do offer larger ones, though. We really liked staying here.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Very Clean and well laid out room. Very quiet hotel and comfortable bed. We stayed in a King room. Staff were friendly and professional. If I could suggest placing bottled water in room fridge. No breakfast offered but delivery service is available

Spent 4 nights here and was not disappointed. Our room was well-designed with kitchenette and provided espresso and tea. Made things easier each morning. Location was very close to Victoria Station where we could catch the tube, a train or bus to anywhere! Many delicious places to eat nearby especially Gail's bakery. Quiet area that seems more business than touristy. During a fire alarm at the hotel we were served wine while we waited for the fire brigade to show up and turn it off. Felt very safe here and would stay again.
