When booking direct with hotel I was informed that I would receive a classic double room price £135 for one night room only. On arrival given room 115 on the first floor at the front of hotel looking directly onto busy road and directly over a bus stop. Complained to staff and was told that the hotel was fully booked...

Dear David G, I was disappointed to learn that the room allocated did not meet with your expectations, and am sorry that due to the hotel being full, it was not possible to offer you a room move. I can confirm that the room was a Classic Double, and that no previous issues have ever been brought to our attention,...

We were going to the ladies finals and only got the tickets the day before so were looking last minute. I was dubious a hotel had a room left so close to the train station but I was not disappointed. From start to finish the staff were friendly and helpful (especially when my boyfriend managed to lock us out of...

I have been staying at the Antoinette for the last three weeks and the staff have been truly wonderful. Nothing has been too much trouble for Alicia, Amanda, Audrey, Kevin and Zaira. Thank you so much. The hotel is in an excellent location; very close to good restaurants and train station. Breakfast is always good with wonderful service and the...

I lived for 35 years of my life in Wimbledon before emigrating to New Zealand, and when I went back recently with my wife for a visit to my old hometown, we stayed here. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff friendly and efficient and the room, although a little on the small side, did the job nicely. The...

I've stayed here 3 times in the last 12 months. Its a good value hotel and it has free parking which is barrier protected. Rooms and bathrooms are decent and some have been refurbished during the year. There is a very good restaurant and bar next door. Its quite close to South Wimbledon underground station. Breakfast is good too. There...

My sister and I found the hotel perfect when visiting Wimbledon Tennis Club.It is within 40mins walking distance of the club, however you need to be reasonably fit as there are steepish parts.Otherwise bus stops outside, and only .short distance to station too. Staff were lovely and friendly, our 2 single rooms a really good size with comfortable bed/pillows,aircon workeell worked very...

The hotel is one of the cheaper ones you will find in south London. The building is rather dated as are the common areas. I had a suite which was very roomy, immaculately clean and had a lovely new bathroom. The king bed was incredibly hard and whilst it was probably good for my back, meant I didn't get the...

Stayed one night in May with my boyfriend. The room was very clean and comfortable, My only critism would be for the price, the room was a bit on the small side when compared to other hotels in the area. Staff very pleasant and overall an excellent hotel in a convenient location.

I booked this hotel for a weekend break to London - I looked and all hotels in Central London were very expensive for this weekend as there were quite a few events on - I decided to pay a little extra for an Executive twin room ( two enormous beds) so my daughter and I could have a bed each...

I was travelling alone for business purposes and felt very safe here. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Even though I did not indicate I wanted them, the towels were changed daily. Air conditioning was available.
