We stayed several nights at this serviced apartments in a one-bedroom apartment. Very spacious (in particular in central London), and great location. Even though services are limited during the pandemic, the hotel has done great in keeping it safe and clean. Isabela of Reception is very helpful and responsive, and she is capable of everything! Highly recommend.
Wasn’t expecting a lot when we booked it but was surprised how spacious it was, how warm (given it was Christmas) and that it had a kitchen, washing machine / dryer and small dining area. The place was serviced everyday and all basics provided. Tesco was just down stairs and sold everything. Being close to Oxford and Baker Street and being in a great area meant it was easy to get around at anytime. We would stay there next time we are in London. For what you pay it is excellent value.
We were three adults and had a super large bed (could have accommodated a child in the middle), plus a wide convertible sofa (could have slept 2 persons). The apartment was clean, bedding was changed regularly, in-room breakfast served at 8 am sharp per our choice. The location was another plus because it was two corners away from Oxford Street/Marble Arch as well as surrounded by eateries beginning with a co-op, all the way to gourmet dining. Perfect value for money. We plan to go each visit.
I stayed here at the end of May with my parents and 5 month old daughter, as we were attending a wedding nearby. I have to say, I was dreading it a little; first trip with baby and no husband with me for the first time. Staying at the Presidential Apartments made it easy, and they were really accommodating. We’d emailed before hand to request a room at the back of the hotel, to minimise road noise to help baby sleep, and they had done this happily, despite only having one studio apartment at the back. When we got up to our apartment, they had already pulled out the sofa bed (my parents had a huge super king bed, I stayed on the sofa bed, but you couldn’t see each other when in bed due to positioning so it worked well), and had also put up a travel cot for my daughter, which was so comfortable that she slept through the night both nights we stayed!! The apartment could do with a little updating, but it was incredibly clean. It was great to have our own cooking facilities for evenings. Breakfast was brought at 8 each morning (you can request your own time) and was very filling as we were provided with cereal, pastries, croissants and fruit, as well as a carton of juice. All in all, a great stay!…
First I would say the property could easily be a 4 with some management attention. Location is great, central London upscale area not overly busy. Bit of a walk to Tube but that was expected. Room was clean, had all the amenities listed and appeared exactly as I expected in pictures. AC worked but there was mold plainly visible on vent vanes and blew out chunks of mold. Outdoor condenser was caked in dirt. Beds need replacement. Fridge wasn't cold. Patio was dirty with broken pots with dead plants. Hallways and elevator had cheap shag carpeting. Who puts shag carpeting in shared commercial spaces. Absurd Images attached!
