This hotel is a lovely little hotel in a great location! My partner and I only stayed for one night and thought it was brilliant. The rooms are spacious, clean and generally really nice and the beds were so comfy. We had room number 4 (in the basement.) We were instantly worried because some of the reviews on here recommended...

Stopped over for a one night stay. The hotel was very nice and clean but we were put down in the basement. The rooms are very small and we struggled to move around as we had a suit case. All in all an average stay

We found this hotel on Tripadvisor. We had a wonderful stay in Room 21 - a king size bed and pullout couch sepated by a desk and wall and with a kitchenette. The Cleveland is midway between the Bayswater tube station and Paddington Station. Depending on where youre going in London it is a 5 minute walk to either. Paddington...

I stayed here with my husband and 2 children on Sat 15th June. We had a 1 bedroom suite. We all loved it. There is a great kitchenette which can be hidden away behind wardrobe doors when not in use. You choose breakfast the evening before by ticking on a sheet which items you would like delivered to your room...

I selected this hotel as it was noted as being a 4-star property in the neighborhood I wanted to stay. After a short walk from Paddington Station, I found the hotel in a nice quiet setting and a residential area. Checkin was easy and staff were very helpful. As a result of the hotel being in two converted town-houses, there...

We stayed for four days at The Cleveland at the beginning of June. The only bad experience is that we were given the absolute worst room they seemed to have had - on the last floor, extra small, under what seemed to be the ceiling of the mansard - we couldn't move around the room without hitting our head on...

We stayed here for 12 days on a mother-daughter trip back in May 2012. It was an excellent value for the money, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff at the desk were friendly, and greeted us every time we came and went. The location, which is in the Bayswater neighborhood near Hyde Park, is close to at least two...

Good value hotel in quiet location, clean , well decorated room with own mini kitchen as no breakfast provided. Excellent reception staff, helpful and fun to deal with. Would return. Proper London Boozer within walking distance.

I have stayed at over 30 hotels in London by now. At the Cleveland, everything is small for American standards, but well organized. The room includes a tea pot and coffee for the morning. The shower is a bit too small, but OK. And, most importantly The Cleveland is a good experience for the money in typically very expensive London....

Stayed for 2 nights with my girlfriend. Staff that we encountered were friendly, room was good size and well equipped. The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes from Paddington Station and a good range of restaurants, bars etc nearby. Was also reasonably priced by London standards.
