If you require reliable wifi service, this hotel is NOT for you! On the plus side. the location is excellent. And the price was right. On the negative side, it is a small hotel (more like a guest house) with very limited customer service. As they note at booking, there are charges for arrival after 11:00 PM as there is...

The room was quite nice and clean. The hotel is in a great location with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was quiet and had air conditioning which was very nice. Also, the elevator was key to climbing to the top floor!

I have been staying at this hotel for nearly eight weeks, unfortunately have not been well and had to attend treatments every day at UCL. All I can say is this hotel has helped me to recover, I highly recommend them, and certainly when I visit London will be going back, Please give it a try Barbara Emmanuel

It is a great location near Victoria , the street is quiet, , the door has an intercom/doorbell than can be overlooked easily. Staff both the lady and the gentlemen were friendly and helpful. They printed my boarding pass. There is a supermarket around the corner and restaurants to eat nearby. The room has no place to eat or have...

First time I have stayed at this little hotel. Rooms perfectly adequate and clean with nice little en suite. My only issue was with the fact that they charged my card three days before arrival in case I cancelled. I didn't find this acceptable. Now apparently I have to wait for the card to be credited! Whether this practice is...

Ideal location- 4 minute walk from Victoria coach station and 6/7 minutes from Victoria train an and underground station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well finished, spotlessly clean room. Usually use Premier Inns when staying in London but this small hotel is ideal. Bed just as comfortable. Will certainly use again.

Fantastic experience - Empire room is amazing. Lovely comfy four poster bed - slept better than I have for a long time. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was superb and arrived at the time we requested. - we were very well looked after.

Staying in Belgravia

Neighbourhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
