I arrived at the appartments half an hour early and was allowed to checkin early, so that was an intial plus point. Abnormally i had booked this place without checking the reviews, i only checked them after booking............at that point i wanted to cancel, but it was non refundable. My room was 107, a Deluxe One Bed Appartment. The bathroom...

If this apartment is graded a 4*...then I am the Queen!! This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. I booked this accommodation based upon the grading. It very clearly states that it is Four Star accommodation. However, on arriving last weekend with my husband & 2 small children, we were bitterly disappointed. The apartments are...

This apartment is certainly the worst we have experienced in our 3 week tour of England and Scotland. The only positive in the whole experience was the close proximity to the railway station, the pleasant reception staff and the size of the rooms. The carpets throughout are dirty and worn, the kitchen had NO cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes etc....

We had booked to stay there but when we arrived they told us that we were being moved to another hotel and they our room was not available. We did not want to stay elsewhere as we had booked that location for a reason. We asked to see the manager but he wouldn't see us and kept us waiting for...

Sorry, even for folks looking for a budget hotel, this place falls short. FILTHY carpets, stains on walls, sewer smell from bathroom sink and wasn't sure if our bed sheets were even clean. Trash in the hall-ways (I think there are long term tenants there) rounds it out. The TV was only about 15" and half the satellite channels didn't...

The apartment was fundametally dirty. thay have moquette on floor and this doesn't help the idea of a clean place. the window was broken, few forks, knives and pots to cook. And they have the [--] "franch bed" (queen size). to sleep in two persons on it it is bad. good connection to the tube but bad area. Nothing against...

We should have been wary when it's own website offers snorkelling, water sports and ski passes in the middle of London. The reception area and immaculate, very helpful staff raised expectations, which were quickly dashed along the gloomy carpet stained corridor to the room itself. If you are staying, check all furniture and equipment and inform reception immediately. They will...

Booked this apartment based on it being 4 star and the pics booking a VIP one bed apartment. The rooms were no better than a Travel Lodge as the decor remineded me of a time when i could only afford 3 star, the room was dimly lit probably to hide the shabby carpet. The plugs were too far from the...

I paid £115 for a deluxe apartment because that was all that was left available. I'm kinda glad I did because I can't imagine what the standard rooms are like! The bed was by far the worst I have ever encountered this side of the Danube. I am certain they must have dragged it from a skip instead of buying...
