Second time staying in a Premier Inn but first time in this one (stayed in the excellent St Mary at Hill one just up the road last time.) While this is essentially a budget hotel (though in London budget hotels are still expensive!) Premier Inn offers a really great experience. Check in is easy and fast, staff are very friendly...

Best location, close to Tower, friendly staff and always helpful. We traveled with children, they even could eat free breakfast. Food was more than delicious. Everything was perfectly clean and we felt really welcomed. Thank you Premier Inn staff!

It was my first visit to London. The is located very close to main transportation lines in the city so it is easy accessible. Check-in was smooth. Friendly staff however the room was small. I thought the room size will be bigger a little bit. Room was clean and the bed was good for sleeping. The breakfast was basic nothing...

The receptionist was quite wonderful. Our room was much larger than any other P.Inn room we've stayed in. It was well equipped, immaculately presented and very clean. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to stay in as five stars. So why only three on the rating? We dined in the restaurant. It is a pleasant environment. Dyuwaine was...

Had a great weekend with my Line Dance group. The hotel was great, ideally situated for all the attractions. The staff were very helpful especially Peter who looked after us. Having stayed here before I new that the rooms were very spacious and clean. We will be back. Thank you premier for making our stay a happy one.

Stayed here for a 3 day work related course in London. Staff friendly and attentive. Great room, air conditioned, clean and comfortable. TV was pretty bad/small and out of place so never used it. The room I stayed in was quiet though you could hear everything in the corridor (on top floor). The breakfast service took ages as your always...

Having previously had a good stay at this hotel when visiting London on business I booked again. I was pleased to get a room at the end of a corridor as requested as I am a light sleeper and lots of people trooping past making a noise is not for me. The room was really large and comfortable. It was...

Staying in Whitechapel

Neighbourhood Profile
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
