Avoid at all cost. My partner and I had the misfortune of staying at the Kingsland hotel. Has potential but let down by cheap management and unhelpful staff. Wrong room advertised - described as double bed. Wrong, in fact two singles pushed together topped off with beds being at different heights. Mattress were soiled and degraded with holes and springs...

We stayed here as a last minute decision to spend a day in London during our driving around the UK trip. It was a clean and comfortable hotel, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was nice. We could leave our car parked here and catch the tube into London very easily. If you are after a convenient location and...

The hotel has a lovely smell as you enter; a very generic hotel smell, of cleanliness. The actual hotel is in fact very clean, and the receptionist is welcoming. The room, however has a few shortcomings. Providing coffee making facilities is nice, but not providing a spoon is a silly thing to forget to do. Also, a lack of hairdryer...

Stayed here for two nights. Double bed was two singles pushed together. Double glazing does not stop the constant traffic noise. First night woken by bin men at around 5.30am. Second night awake all night by the constant sound of running water from a toilet above. At 4am when I couldn't stand the water torture no longer I got the receptionist...

The hotel is in a decent enough location for the tube but that's about all it's good for. Don't bother trying to sort out anything that is wrong with your room as the receptionist who says he is in charge is the most arrogant person on the planet and will not admit that the hotel has anything wrong with it....

We stayed here on Tuesday evening for a business meeting Wednesday morning. The staff, especially Guaruv (apologies if I have spelled his name incorrectly) was very professional and courteous throughout and very helpful. He arranged a taxi for us in the morning which came promptly. The room was very clean and the heating had been turned on as it was...

I stayed at this hotel for a night with my family of five (3 adults/2 children), and I found it nice and big enough for us all in the family room. The location is very good, as its close to the underground station and has many places to eat within 3-4 mins walk (like nandos, peri peri, and asian diners)....

I stayed here in November 2016. The bed was smaller than a double bed and the quilt was even smaller. If any one was bigger than average person there is no way they would fit in the bathroom to use the toilet as it's the smallest of bathrooms I ever seen. It was clean but the curtains where torn and...

Ok, so we only booked this last minute because there was nothing else available. There were some positives, we could park, it was a short distance to the train station with good links to Wembley and there were some average restaurants on the high street a couple of minutes walk away. We were only staying one night and had a...

Simply dreadful. Stayed last year and management said they would rectify bathroom problems. One year later, same issues, mouldy bathroom, filthy shower head and handles. Shower curtain dirty and does not fit. Not enough tables to sit at breakfast. We had to stand throughout. This hotel is not worth staying at, as last year, very neat reception but they can't...
