We made the mistake of booking this hotel for 2 nights. The parking is free which is a bonus - as long as you don’t mind sharing the car park with a pile of dirty mattresses. The hotel was run- down with weeds and fag butts everywhere. The room was filthy and tatty - old damaged furniture, curtains hanging off, mouldy fridge, broken sink, filthy shower curtain and filthy smelly pillows. We slept on top of the covers, fully clothed. The photos of the hotel on the websites are so false - it DOES NOT look like that at all! Do put yourselves through the misery…. SHOCKING - should be condemned

As we approached by road it looked a grand building. When we pulled in to the back parking are everything changed. Walking to the front to get to reception we were met with endless cigarette butts and litter everywhere. Entering we stood at the desk to check in. Shabby is the only word. Once we got in the room it was shocking . Everything was grubby and greasy finger marks everywhere. The tap in the bathroom was hanging off. The shower was so mouldy there was no way I’d get in it. It was the smallest shower I’ve ever seen. The toilet seat was loose I avoided that too. The carpet was threadbare and was so stained I kept flip flops on at all times. The bases of the bed were exposed and were ripped and stained. The bedding was clean but pillow and quilt the poorest of quality I’ve ever seen. The photos are extremely misleading and in my opinion are fake. The tv was so small it could hardly be seen. The remote was missing the back and sticky and filthy. The buttons were clogged with grime. We stayed out as long as possible as we felt so uncomfortable whilst out we spoke to some locals who confirmed our findings and knew that it been used by prostitutes! The staff were pleasant and it’s sad they working in such filth. I will be contacting the AA as this is not a 3 star hotel. The only reason we stayed was due to the fact we had an appointment at the RNOH first thing and the location was great.

Ok . We were early and couldn’t check in . The man on the reception was super nice and helpful . We were going to Wembley for the cold play concert . He told us we’re to go and get some lunch then to come. Back to check in . Which we did . He told us we’re the tube was etc . He was great . The location for Wembley is amazing 4 mins on the overground tube and you are there . And getting back from Wembley is amazing too because everyone else is going into london . So perfect location . The hotel is literally awful . Chipped furniture broken furniture . Stained furniture and carpets , the bathroom was stained and they had removed the shower door and just clipped a pink shower curtain up . Taps were really badly stained and the cleaning left a lot to be desired . The towels looked new and clean . The bedding was clean although a bit old the pillows were hard and as you are on a main road it’s very noisy . It is definitely not worth the money ! But if you are just looking for a bed and you can think ok I’m 5 mins from Wembley and I don’t want to pay extortionate rates when there is a gig on at Wembley then yeh this is ideal . .

No fridge or safe or aircon in room. Arrived and the room was like an oven, although a fan was provided it did nothing but circulate the hot air around the room. The pictures advertising the Kingsland do not represent it at all. These pictures must have been taken when it was newly refurbished as it is very shabby and needs a total refurbishment. Large overflowing bins outside attracted flies into the room as we needed to keep windows open due to the room being so HOT. A large group of men smoking and chatting loudly outside our bedroom window was strange and kept us awake toghether with the loud banging of doors. There were lots of stains on carpets, chairs, curtains hanging off the rail, hairdryer covered in white paint and nearly all surfaces were sticky. Highly overpriced paid £580 for room only. Would not recommend

We booked this hotel for one night to visit a concert in central london. When we arrived we were ignored and left standing in the reception area for 45 minutes - we were advised we were waiting for our room to be cleaned. I can assure that our room was NOT clean as seen in the below pictures. There were hairs and dirt in the shower, stains on bed sheets and chairs, the floor had clearly not been hoovered in a long time, the chairs had unimaginable stains all over them!!! We continued our stay and headed out to our concert, come back and got into bed. We were then intruded upon at 8am in the morning by a random mid aged gentleman who proceeded to stand and stare in the door way at both myself and friend (both young girls). When questioned what he was doing he walked out - were unsure how he gained entry into our room??? Throughout the entirety of our stay we felt uncomfortable and far from safe! This has been reported to the authorities and booking.com who we booked with!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting hotel - PLEASE DO NOT GO ANWEHERE NEAR THIS HOTEL! - we paid over £200 for the privilege as well! The management are taking no responsibility and their attitude is disgusting! Im in the process of contacting the police to make them aware of the activity that goes on in this so called hotel! Our front door even though it had a lock on wouldnt lock and we had what only could be described as a prostitute in the room next door - having sex with different ppl all night, filthy loud language and noises from 12-5am - a constant stream of men coming and going and as our door wouldnt lock they kept walking into our room thinking i was the prostitute (im 45 and had my 2 daughters with me) -we had no sleep at all and were actually afraid for our lives! The hotel knows this is going on and i will be reporting this as far as i can go with the authorities they will claim that they showed us the room beforehand but that purely just showed the aesthics of the room were ok,a 1 min glance at the room doesnt show that the lights dont work -unable to fill the kettle as it doesnt fit in the sink, no tea cups for have a cuppa just plastic cups? stains on the bedsheets, mould on the shower curtains. The hotel is more of a brothel -music loud ,sex noises until 5am, men coming and going -I really didnt feel safe at all in this hotel ill update this review once i get some responses from the authorities its not fit for purpose UNLESS you are looking for a dodgy brothel

Avoid at all costs. The place was very dirty. Mattress was stained, cigarette butts everywhere outside. They had a lift but it wasn’t working. The drinking glass had chips on it. It was convenient to the train station. But the whole area was a bit dodgy.

The hotel is ideally located for our trip to Wembley and plenty of restaurants near-by. Hotel has free parking. Thats the good bits. The hotel is very dated and not very clean. The sheets were clean and fresh. However a quick look revealed all the mattresses were old and stained. Ther is a sign in reception warning about smoking in the rooms, however this has clearly been ignored by previous guests. Running the tap in the bathroom resulted in cigarette butts floating up from the drain. The shower works but has to be hand held. Carpet was not very clean. Opening the windows revealed cigarette ash all over the recesses and the roof over the foyer had litter and more cigarette buts all over. There is no food at the hotel but to be honest I cant see why anyone would consider eating here. Having said all this. The hotel served its purpose and the receptionist was friendly and informative. Clearly the hotel has suffered from the pandemic. It needs a bit of investment and a deep clean.

This hotel doesn’t deserve any Tripadvisor circles, but I had to click one to write the review . I don’t know what hotel they photographed, but certainly not this one!! The staff are rude & unhelpful. The room was disgusting & dirty. The bed was so uncomfortable & lumpy, the net curtains were ripped & filthy. The shower cubicle was tiny I could hardly turn round in it, & I am a small person & it was dirty. The sink was cracked & needed a good clean. The toilet flush was broken & dirty. There was a strong smell of raw sewage too. There was cobwebs in the corner of the room & on the curtain pelmets. The outside of the hotel had rubbish everywhere & needed a lot of TLC. I hardly slept a wink during our very short stay. I can’t believe this is a 3 star hotel!!!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Do not stay here spend your money elsewhere. Stains on the bed, room filthy, shower falling off the wall, blood stains on the wall, ignorant staff, no hot water, full hotel smelt of smoke far to much road noise. Avoid at all costs.
