To be honest I don't know where to start with this place. This hotel is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. I walked into this hotel and had a very bad feeling about this place, and I really was right! I came to this hotel with Family and as soon as I walked in I felt very unsafe, I felt dirty and even my children cried as they did not want to stay here. The website they use is false advertisement as it really does not look like that now, may be when they first opened, but I really doubt it. We didn't even get to use the front door of the hotel, we came through the fire exit. The FREE carpark they advertise, is more like a tip yard with the bricks, rubble and rubbish everywhere. Before I carry on telling you about this awful place, just to let you know we did not stop here. we actually moved to a travel lodge, which was much much better. Anyway we got given our room card number. The moment we opened the door, the stench was nostril and eye burning. The beds had stains on, which looked to be blood or soil stained. Floor tiles were cracked and very loose around the toilet area, which is probably from urination! The shower was broken, dirty, mouldy and just disgusting. Hallways were full of rubbish, clothing, shoes, and much more. There was a mattress in the one hallway which was very stained. The elevator was like a walk in wardrobe, clothes, shoes and rubbish just left inside. Never did take that lift! On their website they offer continental breakfast, but when we arrived we were told they don't do food so, I am not sure why they have pictures of a dining room on their website too and just to mention a 4* food rating, when they do not even cook food. We are now in the process to get a full refund but the hotel are trying to deduct money from us due to a dirty cup, which is their fault as cleanliness is not a priority in that hotel. Please, please BEWARE of this hotel! In my opinion this hotel is a hazard risk and safety risk and will be reported to trading standards. * Happy to send pictures on request.

Terrible rundown hotel. There was stained carpet in the bedroom and a dirty shower tray, old mattress, wafer thin pillows. There are better hotels nearby by for same price. Wouldn’t stay there again. Not worth the price or the stay.

The only reason I stayed there was an emergency overstay but didn't expect this! An absolute filth. Woke up with a number of bite marks. I could go on and on but let me just say: AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Tripadvisor should consider a "Red alert" rating for this particular place.

Rooms a good size & location good for tube but anything else well....staff couldn't give a damn about complaints just a feeble "sorry about that" even when shown the state of the room, rooms proper grotty & dirty, mouldy shower, god knows what sprayed alll over the bed base not even covered with a valance, big hole in net curtain, furniture neglected and also reported broken shower and was told it would be fixed whilst we were out & wasn't 🙄..stayed previously and had no problems but we definitely won't be back again!!

Decent price & competent staff. Room has an ensuitr and is adequate for short stay and car park is a bonus point. Some tv channels weren't working. Tesco is across the road also Shell petrol station.

Let me tell you straight away the inside of the hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised online, we booked in for two night but left after night one, covered in bite marks, dirty, dusty and there is a reason why they don't have photos of bathrooms. The room was stupidly hot although the radiators did not appear to be on, the receptionist were blunt and did not care for what we had to say. We cut are stay short and missed out on what we had planned to do on Friday i would honestly say avoid at all cost. Now trying to get a refund but apparently everyone who is at reception are not able to authorise a refund. Disputing it with hotels.com whom I booked it with

I rather sleep on the street then this horrific hotel, everything dirty, I was scared to wash I might catch something. Prostitution going on next door, different men arriving all the time and the noise, please do not stay here as a family or couples, I think they must be renting rooms to Brent council to house people

Myself and my partner booked here as we were going to a game at Wembley stadium. Upon entering the hotel, the receptionist was on his mobile and was not interested at all (the same happened every single time I went downstairs, he was never off it) The room was covered in dust and the things on the floor and just under the start of the bed were horrendous. We found an empty condom wrapper and an empty mini whisky bottle but they did not care and offered a response of “we can hoover it quickly if you want.” The management are disgraceful and apparently stay in Singapore so don’t even have the decency to call you or email you themselves. The worst experience ever and we actually had to leave and find another hotel as it was that bad. Staff are dreadful and rooms are shocking, even if it seems a decent price do not book this hotel!
