Our four night stay at Sea Containers was everything we hoped. Incredible welcome, beautiful lobby and a room with the best view. The selection at breakfast was second to none. The kids were happy with a selection of pancakes and waffles whilst there was a full buffet on offer. Every single staff member was friendly, knowledgable and willing to tend to our every need. Location wise.. we were within walking distance to the London eye, the Tate Modern, The Clink, the Tower of London, St Paula Cathedral, the IMAX. Kids had a ball as did we: can’t wait ti go back!
Stayed at Sea Containers and had a fabulous 1 night stay visiting family in London. Debora on reception was welcoming, friendly and ensured we had all the necessary information to make the most out of our stay. Many thanks to Victor Wareborn Front of House Manager at Sea Containers for his assistance in making our stay so memorable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Me and my BF are so deeply grateful to the front desk staff-Dafne-she is so wonderful and lovely! Things worked out for us because of her help and her great standard of service. Cannot be appreciated more! The hotel itself is located in the most convenient location which is close to all the places of interested. The facilities are clean modern and at an excellent standard. We enjoyed our stay so much and we do recommend it to everyone who is planning visit London.
Amazing hotel, very welcoming staff help us will all our needs. Rooms was excellent air conditioning brilliant. Breakfast was good help yourself or can order from menu. Room had iron and board, hair dryer, most show accessories brilliant showers. Riverview was amazing
The overall experience at Sea Containers was wonderful. The team were friendly, helpful, personal, real and warm. The rooms were clean, fresh, modern and inviting. The location in London is awesome. Thames out the front door and everything in walking distance. Highly recommended.
We came down to stay at the hotel for 1 night and asked for early check in as we were going out for the full day and wanted to get ready. They didn't have any rooms ready when we arrived but the front desk kindly offered me the use of the spa changing room. We tried to check in once more an hour later, and then again at 4:30pm but the rooms were still not ready. Possibly due to it being our third attempt, we received an upgrade to a room that was ready without even complaining. We were given an apartment, which was the most incredible surprise, and was actually bigger than our house. The excitement of our upgraded room made the whole trip for us and we finally headed out in a much improved mood. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the amenities, and the view was brilliant. Absolutely loved the shower too!! There seemed to be a lot of nice little touches around the room, but this was possibly as we had one of the best rooms. The only downside was that we headed back to the hotel for around 12:30 as we had been told the bars were open until 1am, but we weren't allowed in as last orders had apparently been called. It was a shame, as nowhere nearby was open to get a drink! Overall we had a very memorable visit, and we would love to come back and stay in the future (unfortunately it probably will be in a much smaller room!!). Thank you for going the extra mile!…
After a 5hour drive our room wasn't ready until 5:15pm to check in. Simply not good enough. We wanted to quickly freshen up and go straight out as we had a family meal booked. We were only in London for night. Spoilt our trip.
The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. My patio room was a great place to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a long day seeing the sites of London. The staff were great as well as the restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel!
Sea Container London is a great location with super cool accessability via tube, rail and car. The rooftop bar is excellent and worth visiting. Unfortunately hotel service and quality overall is on a 4 star level.
The level of service and cleanliness did not meet the expectations. For example we had to ask for water on a daily basis, ask for toilet papers and clean towels. Bathroom wasn't cleaned daily and it wasn't clean properly.
