Reviewed yesterday NEW

The room was quite large and well appointed. Bed linen was good quality and towels also. Walk-in shower was as requested and had good control of temperature. Hanging rail in wardrobe travelled out and down which made hanging clothes very easy. Meal in restaurant was good value for money though the dessert was overpriced. The location - about 400/500 yards...

Hotel is very clean. Has bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Stayed here for 5 days with my family. Enjoyed the close proximity to the Gunnerbury Underground station. They offer a breakfast buffet which cost extra if you don't buy at the time of booking.

I stayed here for a couple of nights as part of a business trip. The room seemed to have odd proportions - a massive bathroom, but the bedroom space suffered as a result (to be fair, I was in a corner room with an odd layout, so this may not be true for all of the rooms!). The breakfast buffet...

This hotel is very beautiful, clean, stylish and modern. We came here in January for a two day conference and we really enjoyed the hotel ambiance. The staff were excellent and looked after us very well. They provided fresh water and glasses at the intervals and provided a lovely lunch. The restaurant and bar are also very cool and trendy....

Came here for a reunion, and first complaint was that the bar staff seemed baffled by the fact that a pint of London Pride should have a nice head on it, not the flat stuff they seemed appropriate. However, when a Irish lad took over he sorted it out, although e behind a bar, when the 6 nations rugby was...

Large king suite room. Excellent new fitness room. Varied breakfast offerings. Very helpful staff. Fresh bottled water every day. Windows that open. Quiet. Great location across from tube station and on the Chiswick High Road.

Hardly recognized the place from a year or so ago....revamp is spectacular. Really great lobby bar, gathering area, business center...everything. Staff is very helpful all around, and a special shout out to Aoife, who was personal and professional getting me to a room early. Bed is comfy, location is quiet, AC was a little warm (but I am an American...I...

I was born in Chiswick so wanted to spend our last two nights reminiscing before travelling back to Australia. We looked at all our choices for accommodation but decided on the Clayton because of it's proximity to Gunnersbury tube station (2 minute walk) and close to shops, Chiswick House (worth visiting) and all my old haunts. On entering, you feel...

We stayed just the one night, it's in a suburban area with almost industrial units and car salesrooms nearby but no shops but a couple of minutes from a tube station and buses stop right outside, an underground secure car park as well. An enthusiast efficient check in and a perfect wheelchair friendly room. I think there are other rooms...

Nice clean hotel. Stayed one night and was impressed with the service and hospitality. Breakfast was of a good quality as was the food in room service. Ample of parking and the location being just on the outskirts of central London was just right for me. Rooms were of a high quality. Nice stay.
