A hotel that is good for getting to theatres museums however we found out room to be very compact, we expected larger for a London hotel. Breakfast was basic but ample and the hotel was clean and warm as it was winter. Would use again.

This hotel is excellent, just right for a short or long stay in London and within easy reach of the city and the tourist sites with the tube station and bus stops just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are always cheerful and pleasant and we received a warm greeting on our arrival. The breakfast is continental...

It would be nice to have some place to sit down with friends and have few drinks. The hotel rooms are to small to sit down and talk. - why cant I finish this survey if I write fewer words than 200!!!!

W14 was conveniently located to the tube at Barons Court on the Piccadilly line, it was clean, staff were helpful, rooms were a bit small but totally adequate, the rooms were quiet with comfy beds and pillows. A good choice

I stayed in a teeny tiny single room on the third floor. But it was very well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and importantly efficient. For a business trip to the Kensington Olympia area, you cant go wrong. I will be back.

This hotel was lovely and though the room was quite squishy for two of us, they were very clean, modern and comfortable. Location is great, less than a 5 minute walk to the tube station, several supermarkets and coffee shops/cafes. Breakfast was pretty decent and the street was quiet during the night which was good. Staff were also friendly and...
