Lovely, comfortable room with all the important amenities. Great service throughout hotel, deep soaking tub, large separate shower, sitting area, and delicious breakfast. Fabulous location close to tube and within walking distance to many attractions.

We stayed here 2 nights for work and were very delighted! The bathroom was very spatious, the service excellent. Water and coffee for free. One minor point for me were the pillows, they were too soft for me.

Excellent hotel, good location for touring Tower of London, Tower Bridge, but a little dead on the weekend at night. There could have been some couches or cushy chairs in the lobby to relax with a glass of wine. Was told this was coming.

Great location and up graded to a junior suite which was a lovely treat and surprise. Spotless, very stylish, great facilities. Only one tiny grumble, very soft pillows and we prefer firm but that's just personal choice. Would highly recommend.

My daughter and I had a very relaxed and comfortable stay. Rooms and beds were excellent, breakfast with nice options and very friendly staff. Very close to Subway and close restaurants, bars and toerist attractions.

We stayed for a weekend to attend a nearby wedding. Upon arrival we were upgraded for free and our allocated room was vast. Very comfortable bed, plenty of hanging space, bath with separate walk in shower and sky sports. I could have happily stayed in the room for the whole weekend. Hotel bar drinks are at hotel bar prices, cocktails...

I would give this hotel 5 starts if it wasn't for the fact their lobby is going through a remodeling, they don't have a concierge, and you can hear the guests in the other rooms a little. What make this hotel great is it's beautiful modern rooms, phenomenal location next to Tower Hill subway station, Tower of London and Tower...

Pleasant and centrally located hotel for work in the Monument / Tower Bridge area. Easy access to Tower Hill tube station and nearby DLR. The room was well kept, the gym nicely outfitted, staff on reception helpful and friendly when booking in. I've stayed here a couple of times - so I'm clearly happy with the hotel. I haven't eaten...

It was a pleasant holiday trip over eastern weakend. The location is very near to the Tower Bridge and the Tower. The other location as the St.Pauls Cathedral, Governt garden, and etc is possible to do by footwalk.

Staying in City of London

Neighbourhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
