It's very hard to rate this place. It is possibly the worst place we've ever stayed ...... but it was £36 for a double room in central London.
For the price, it served the purpose that we needed, a place to sleep for a few...More
Very close to Kings Cross but that is it’s only good feature. This hotel should be closed down. We didn’t stay longer than 3 hours. Carpet stained, dirty room. Windows don’t close, single glazed. All you can hear are the trains.

My partner booked for 1 nights stay here for 28 October 2017. It was a rushed booking so we have well and truly learned our lesson.

Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site of an ancient meat market which remains in operation today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough time wondering through the area's maze of streets and you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky
models passing between Clerkenwell's handful of fashion houses. Far outnumbering the models are craftspeople and designers, many of them are more than happy to welcome visitors into their studios and showrooms.
