Nice hotel and the people working there are very nice and helpful. I had a nice experience overall. I was there for three nights. The room was small but very clean and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable. It's well-located, just two minutes within walking distance to Baker Street and close to Oxford Street too. My room...

The people working there are nice and attentive, the room is a bit small for a continental traveller, continental breakfast self served (go for it early), English breakfast for a few pounds, free wifi, nice bathroom. Excellent location between Baker street and Marble Arch stations, bus stop near the house. Beds in room 4 on street level are comfortable: neither...

Location is 5 minutes walk from Oxford Street and from tube, close bus stations. The hotel rooms are very basic. Hotel staff are not very helpful. No elevator. In total, you get goid value for the price, mainly because of the hotel location.

Firstly I would like to say I paid £187 for one nights stay here. The hotel was in a good location and the room was large, There were two of us but we were given a family room, that would have slept six. the beds were clean as was the bathroom. My daughter dropped an earring that rolled under the...

Location is great, just short walk from Oxford street. Our room was big, high ceiling, good beds, clean and very friendly staff. This price range good and we will going back. Noise is not hotel thing, it is a London thing. Place might be little out dated, but clean and nice. Breakfast was not huge selection, but there was all...

I had a very nice experience here: staff very friendly and helpful, room was big (especially compared to London standards), clean, with a big bed for 1 person. Located very close to Baker Street and Oxford street, it was the perfect hotel for me. The breakfast was ok, with enough things to choose from and freshly prepared. Rooms are expensive,...

Over-priced, on a noisy road, no double glazing, eclectic tasteless furnishing, tatty, beds are OK, somehow clean, in a good location, needs a lot of work doesn't deserve a star rating, Certainly not for the discerning traveller,

I booked a room at this hotel based photos and reviews. When I arrived it was so awful and the staff so cold that I decided not to stay and booked somewhere else. I was still charged for my stay and I think this is not acceptable given the circumstances.

Just returned from a two night stay at this hotel. I was somewhat concerned by some of the reviews I read before going but I needed to be in this area and booked at short notice so chose this as it seemed worth a chance. It turned out fine. Excellent location reasonably priced for accommodation in this area. Very friendly...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
