This is a good venue for meetings, close to transport links and nicely decorated. On the downside the catering was dreadful, dried out sandwiches with minimum filling and the worst cakes ever dry, hard and nasty. The crisps and banana were the only edible part of lunch and the teabags ran out at lunchtime and we're not replaced. A few...

Great location to the euston station -- just be prepared for a lot of foot traffic from business types and the occasional homeless person asking for money. Very accessible, clean, comfy rooms. Would stay here again for a short trip!

Stayed her overnight to attend an award ceremony nearby. This is a clearly a very well run hotel which pays a lot of attention to small details, which matter to the customer. The bathroom was beautifully equipped and the bed super large and comfortable. Room service was good - although my chicken burger was burnt at the edges and a...

We stayed here for one night between flying in to Heathrow and travelling by train to Scotland so the location was great being close to both Euston and Kings Cross stations. The reception staff were helpful enough though a little rushed as they were constantly dealing with a large number of people using the conference centre facilities. The room we...

Very close to Euston Rail Station, great location. It took me only 5 minutes. The woman working on reception was very professional and pleasant. Bed was too soft and I did not get a great night sleep, but room & bathroom was very espacious.

I'm giving three stars for the convenient location, nice staff and nice shower but that's about all the place has to offer. I'm sure there's better places nearby also. The bed was so small I could barely move in it. The room also felt claustrophobic. Way too overpriced.

Arrived late evening so pretty much went straight to bed, the room was beautiful if you didn't look too closely, on close inspection it needed better cleaning. The room was noisy, I guess this is expected for London however a window upgrade may help with the issue. I didn't sleep well, the bed was really uncomfortable and I had a...

Stayed here as it was co-located with a conference I was attending. Good points: Pleasant staff always helpful. Room clean and modern but a bit on the small side. Close location to Euston and surrounding bars. Bad points: Supplement for hot breakfast (but continental was fine for me with plenty of choice and good quality). Room rate expensive even for...

It was a little hot in the room but the weather is a little warmer than usual for this time of year but we cracked the windows and made things perfect. The roomed are clean, beds are comfortable, shower is I think the only issue I have the temperature would go up and down and was not consistent but not...
