Wow! Wow! Wow! Hotel decor is amazing including the festive decorations at the lobby and the in dining room tray set up. I love everything about this hotel. The quiet private location. The private elegant square where you can sit down and look at the sky. Lovely suite and the best massive bathroom I’ve ever been in. The layout of the room is perfect! The staff were amazing during the phone calls, the checking in and checking out. All went seamlessly well. I felt truly pampered, safe and secured during my stay. I didn’t want to leave! I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s perfectly situated in the best part of London. Close to so many parks.....I was so inspired. Taj is exceptional when it comes to making memories & hospitality is second to none. Taj 51 Buckingham gate suites and residences is one of Londons finest Hotels. Despite going through renovations to reflect more modern facilities, they have preserved the original architecture to reflect it’s historic past. This luxurious Hotel hosts royalty, top Hollywood & Bollywood stars, celebrities from all genres of entertainment & sports. It has 3 acclaimed restaurants, one of which has a Michelin star & a Award winning spa. Yet they make & treat every single person equally, no matter what their background. Every single detail was outstanding. Staff could not do enough for me. Made me feel like a King. No wonder you have so many customers who return time after time. You always go above & beyond. I have stayed at both the residences and suites. Rooms are spacious and service is just brilliant. The entire property is warm and secure. The rooms are modern and i think they were renovated recently. Pretty secure place if traveling with family and children. My first choice in London

I attended afternoon tea with a friend last month at the Kona restaurant to celebrate my 30th birthday. It was fantastic from the moment we arrived. Gonsalo’s customer service was 5*, he made us feel so welcome by just simply asking us our names when he took our orders and every time he came over to our table he always addressed us and it made the experience feel very personal. I would definitely recommend the ‘Queen of Hearts’ afternoon tea, the food was delicious and the attention to detail on the cakes and pastries was outstanding. It was lovely they recognised my birthday not only with a separate cake but also with some balloons at the table too. Will definitely return again.

We had the Queen of Hearts tea and they definitely were. I’d be amazed if they weren’t with all teas. It’s the kind of hotel that would give you seconds of anything and include it in the price of the tea.

My wife paid £82 in total well worth every penny especially for the Indian Afternoon tea. It is one of the most creative interesting afternoon teas we have been too. Being Indian we were very pleasantly surprised by the interesting twists the very talented chef had created on what we know as everyday eats in the Indian world. The service was outstanding, you cannot eat all on offer we came away with doggy bag that we ate at about midnight on the tube on way back home. You will enjoy.
