Poor staff, talk urdu to each other in front of you though they speak English. They weren't much help. The hotel smells damp and uncleanish although it appears clean. Looks are always deceiving, especially when you look a little closer. The rooms and beds were small, horrible to sleep in, hard and very cheap. They bang up and down the...

Stayed 1 night while seeing a show at Shepherds Bush Empire which is literally down the road. The staff were friendly but not the most chatty. This is a no-frills hotel, very basic and not somewhere to come if you're expecting any kind of luxury. It's great for just getting your head down after a good night though. I felt...

I think most of the reviews here echo my sentiments about this "hotel" or doss house as it should be known. It took at least 15 minutes before somebody appeared in reception. Firstly we were directed to a basement room. When we entered it was clear that the room was already in use. It was here that first noticed the...

Good place according the price. The hotel is not expensive but be aware that the room won't be clean during your stay. The room was cleaned at the arrival. Bathroom and toilets are shared with other rooms in your level. The good point is that you can use a common kitchen entirely furnished. Underground at 7 minutes walk

It was filthy, there were broken things and leftovers from the people that used the room before. I wouldn't go never again. The filthyness caused me a rush on the face. The reception wasn't helpful at all.

Got to the hotel and checked in easy enough, however this is where the problems started. When we went to enter our room we found a lone women and her child in a room which we had prebooked weeks in advance. We immediately told the receptionist, who didn't seem to think this was an issue, without apologising he eventually informed...

Room was dingy looking, carpets had nails protruding frm the floor, toilet was filthy, cudnt hang the shower head as the hook is...

Arrived late with a heavy bag and the staff did not help with anything and it was not nice. No elevator. Really small rooms with not so good showers. Not very clean. The breakfast was in the other hotel across the road and it was nice.

The hotel is minimalistic- provides you the very necessary things, such as toilets, shower, kettle, free Wi-Fi and even TV. - but nothing more. When taking into acount the money paid - it's a pretty nice hotel in a good location, but I won't recommend it for couples or families, only for group of friends looking for a place to...

Arrived to this "hotel" with 3 other friends. We had booked 2 double rooms. When we arrived and they checked us in; they gave us a room in the basement and a room on the 2nd floor. The basement room has a sewage smell, was untidy and the bathroom was not cleaned properly before the room was given to us....
