This is a beautiful boutique hotel with a great location. It's lively, young, with classic English decor. The restaurant and outside seating are popular venues for many who work in the neighboring ad agencies and web start ups. There is a pulse of activity and pace. This is great. But, also the point where the hotel part of the establishment... More

I chose his hotel for my mummy's 70th birthday because it is one of my favorite drinking haunts in London and I also know it has great service. We were upgraded as well as my parents and we had a lovely time. Whilst in the lounge I clocked the afternoon teas and I would really like to come back to... More

Had a lovely stay. Great room. Well appointed. Bit quirky and funky mixed with quality and comfort. Excellent service. Friendly.Open fire in reception. Huge bed. Great location, quiet with great access to London at the same time. Shopping not a stones through away and all the sites a cab ride. Hair dressers just next door. Great bar and restaurant in... I am a Brit who relocated to New York a few years ago. I stayed at the CS Hotel on a recent trip to London and it really was a wonderful welcome back to the home land. From the minute I walked through the doors I was made to feel welcome and at home. The room was lovely, with a... More

I spent 2 nights at the Charlotte Street hotel last weekend to celebrate my 70th birthday with my family. The whole thing was a surprise - I thought we might be staying in one of the more well known London hotels so this was out of the blue. I'm sure it was much better than any of the others. Service... We spent a week at Charlotte street hotel over Christmas time. Although London itself is rather boring on Christmas day (obviously with it being mainly family time and everything is closed) we had some delicious scones with clotted cream in the library with some Champers to celebrate. My favourite thing (besides the stunning Kit Kemp candle and room spray gifted... More

Fabulous hotel - impressed from the moment we walked in. The place is extremely busy at the bar and for afternoon teas this means there is a lovely vibe about the place. Decor is very tasteful and upmarket. Upgraded room was fab! Service was exceptional. We will be visiting again!

Excellent hotel all round, great service, good food and a real buzz about the place. We got upgraded to a delux room as well, and it was superb. It's not a cheap hotel, but we felt it was worth the price and would definitely recommend for a special occasion.

I truly couldn't have asked for a better home away from home experience. Everything was perfect: atmosphere, comfort, service, toiletries, bed linens, even the hairdryer. A real hairdryer! Small functional gym had just enough equipment for a good workout. Breakfast and lattes were excellent. I found the boars meat pasta to be fresh but bland. I will return again and... More

Spent a weekend in this delightfully quirky hotel which has recently been done up. Lovely bathrooms, nice bedrooms all fairly unusually decorated which adds to the appeal of each room. Our room was very pleasant, if decorated in an unusual colour scheme, lovely big bed, two comfortable easy chairs, plenty of cupboard space and wardrobes, fridge, built in safe and... More
