Stayed here for one night with my daughter as we were going to a show ..it was convenient as it's a few mins walk to kings cross station and underground station but the hotel itself was pretty poor it's in desperate need of a revamp as the decor is very outdated. .the room itself was just OK but wasn't impressed...

This hotel is right near Kings Cross, St. Pancras and Euston Stations, which makes it ideal for exploring London. Yes, the rooms are small and a bit spartan, but that is the same for all hotels in this area. The difference here is that there is always hot water in the shower, the place is spotless, the breakfast is fabulous...

Stayed at European Hotel 8 nights with my adult daughter. I booked directly with hotel for twin room, hoping by not using a 3rd party booking agent, there wouldn't be any mistakes. Unfortunately, they booked us a double room, and had no twin rooms available. To their credit, they did give us a double room each for the first night,...

I stayed with my family for 3 days during our trip to Europe. The location of the hotel is the only positive thing, very close to King Cross station, about 3 minutes by walk. Now talking about negative aspects, there was a problem with the ceiling fan in our room and the support of the staff was ridiculous. By the...

We stayed there on our visit to England and it was just a ok experience, i will recommend if you need only to overnight there but nothing else. No lift, very very very small stairs, extremely small rooms and bath. Breakfast kinda ok.

The European Hotel in Kings Cross, London, is what can only be described as a "simple" hotel. Of course the room charge corresponds with the standard of the hotel. The interior practically screams for a refurbishment. Almost nothing is ship shape. The furniture is partially damaged, the walls and floors are old and worn down, the doors looks like they...

These people made me very welcome. I enjoyed the room on the ground floor ,as have difficulty with stairs. The breakfast ok , and a good start to the day. Very close to Kings Cross St Pancras if using the trains, saving taxis use. Have booked to stay again .in another couple of months.

Room clean and tidy with laminate flooring and pine flatpack furniture. Our room very small. En suite shower / toilet also very small. Soap only, no shower gel/shampoo. Breakfast was reasonable, but only 1 choice of cereal and tea/coffee from flasks pre-made. You get what you pay for, definitely budget, more B&b than hotel.

Ideal location, 100yds or so from tube and across road from Kings Cross train station. A variety of shops bars and restaurants practically on doorstep. Hotel is basic but rooms are clean and comfortable. Our shower worked perfectly, beds were clean and comfortable, room was compact but had everything we required. Breakfast was well cooked and tasty only downside was...

Stayed for one night, the price was right as travelling on Eurostar early morning to France. Shower looked well used, and dated so didn't use, room was small but warm, so can't complain as its close to St Pancras Station and at £65 for a single was the right price.........didn't bother with breakfast, pretty basic breakfast room..
