So disgusting !!! Carpets are dirty old and ripped. Paper is tearing off the walls. Furniture is old (not as in antiques, as in old, scratched and in bad condition).
No lobby, nowhere to sit to even wait for your room or wait to meet someone.
Cleaning staff leaves huge bags of dirty linens and towels all over the building.

We booked this hotel through Hotels.com . As working musicians , we called for late check in and was refused stating final check in is 11pm. With this we had to frantically look for another hotel. Adding insult to injury, when we asked for a refund by Hotels.com , they had to clarify our conversation with the hotel who then denied the conversation and said check-in is 24/7 which is completely the opposite of what they told us. So no refund was granted. It is just a shame we did not record it. They need to ensure staff know what they are talking about. It resulted in us losing the money for the booking.

During our stay we found a dead bed bug, black stains under the bed and also bed bugs eggs on our bed. Our youngest daughter got bed bug bites on her arms. After one night hotel offered us a smaller room (for 3 persons) for rest of our stay. There was no other rooms available and all other hotels nearby were fullybooked. The hotel provided us 50% refund.

When visiting a large international city like London, I find that a warm and friendly welcome is essential.
Miro is exemplary of a perfect host. He is attentive and willing to assist with your needs.
We are fortunate enough to have stayed here and met a new friend.
The hotel is perfectly situated for the British museum, SoHo, theatre, and Asia town.
Amenities included toothbrush and toothpaste. We appreciated coffee and a breakfast which included eggs and beans.
Thanks.

This hotel is just a 10 minute walk from Euston. Also near 4 other tubes so getting around is no trouble. Quiet location near the UCL. Reception staff very helpful. We were early but it was no issue to leave our luggage.
Rooms are small and there are stairs (it is an old building) but the gentleman on reception offered to help with luggage.
This is a great budget stay and the breakfast was lovely.

It’s what you expect from a 3 star b and b, small rooms, a bit tired looking but beds were very comfortable and it was more than adequate for us. I was concerned after previous reviews but I can assure people that there were no signs of bed bugs at all! Lovely lady on reception was helpful and welcoming at all times. Good breakfast and a great location, good for Euston station and Covent Garden, theatre area, only about 10 mins walk. Ideal for a cpl of nights stay in London and we would stay there again

We have just spent 2 nights at the Regency House Hotel. Gower Street is a lovely quiet street, yet in the middle of a bustling area. It is close to all amenities and ideal for exploring the splendour of London. The architecture around is wonderful, Trafalgar Sqiare. Museums, Art and culture, shopping and West End theatres all within shortish walks. The only downside for us is that there was no lift in the hotel and our room was on the first floor. My husband being disabled found it difficult to manoeuver the two flights of stairs. Plus the dining room was on the lower ground floor, so another flight of stairs. (Had we have mentioned at the time of booking, we could have had a ground floor room so remember to ask any queries) The staff are all very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious all served quickly and efficiently, Our daughter and 3 adult grandchildren came with us, and although our rooms were small, we all agreed the area and breakfast more than made up for it. Complimentary bottles of water in the fridge, also a microwave and a nice size TV, small but substantial en suite.

When I arrived my room was ready. Staff were lovely. It is really convenient for arrival at St Pancras and also when leaving if using Euston station. The staff were really nice and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. I found the fridge (cupboard under the tv) and that was good to have. I think the location is great. Easy to walk to Oxford street. The shower was fine, not amazing, but beware, the bathroom is very small. It was quiet. Good value for money. Easy to checkout and there weren’t too many stairs for me. Near a few different tube stops and buses. I found it very convenient.

The good: Good location in a nice area, kept clean, staff was helpful
The bad: No elevator, squeaky floors, spartan breakfast, tiny room and bed, surfaces are worn. Nice garden, but very unkept. Sound from other rooms carry extremely well. Staff gone after 7 pm

Hello,
Thank you for your interest
The best option for you would be to book our superior room which can be arranged with twin beds and it is located on the lower ground floor, only 15 steps to climb or descend.
Our triple room is located on the second floor and the other room that can be twin is located on the third floor.
Kind Regards
Reception
Good Morning
The price of a taxi is between £45-£65, it depends on how many luggage and type of car. Please be advised that we do not offer pick up service from airports, only from the hotel to the airports; You have to call/book a cab upon arrival at Heathrow.
About your bags, we only offer to keep the luggage on c/in and c/out days and when the guest is staying in the hotel. We cannot keep luggage if the guest is away because we do not have a storage room.
