Perfect hotel, staff is friendly and the room was perfectly clean and well equipped, can surely recommend this hotel. Close to Underground Goodge street. Breakfast of your choice is included and it is freshly made for you, excellent! There is also a small garden in which you can enjoy a complimentary coffee or tea.

We arrived for one night midweek beginning August. We had triple room. On arrival we were greeted well and told all relevant information and asked which time we preferred for breakfast. Our room was small but had everything we wanted including tea/coffee facilities, fridge, water and a microwave. Beds were comfy and clean. Room was at front near top but not...

Dear gasmanGuy, Thank you for taking time to evaluate your stay at Regency House Hotel. We are sad to hear that we did not meet Your expectations on your recent visit to London. Very well located. Our triple room was really comfortable and Breakfast was good. All people working there were friendly and we had a very good stay. The only thing that was not satisfactory was that the bathroom was a bit narrow. I would book this hotel again if I went back to London.

We were on the top floor in room 15. There is no elevator. 59 steps to the top. Not a problem for us, but you should know. The room was clean with one king size bed and one twin size. The bathroom was the size of an airplane bathroom. Very, very small. There was a fridge with free bottles of...

Captain's room was very nicely furnished. Only drawback a built-in double bed - great for one person, not so much if two people with one on the inside. Good English breakfast, delightful deck (unusual in a three-star) complete with gazebo with ceiling heat lamp (not needed in July). Would recommend it.

We were awoken to the sounds of mice digging in the waste bin. Hotel management said that it would be taken care of... The mice - not surprisingly - were still there the next day. It was obvious they had been there for some time as they were out during the day in broad daylight (and not particularly worried that...

Regency H, Guest Relations Manager at Regency House Hotel, responded to this review

Dear Guest, I am sorry to hear that a mouse managed to make its way to your room. I am sure you are aware of the lovely garden we have at the back of the hotel, like all the other hotels in the street, and unfortunately such a leafy area, close to tube stations, add to this to the building...
