Mold on the bed, impossible to sleep. Bathroom bad planned, broken, could be reformed, bad in all aspects! Staff is rude and to much noise from the walls, from one bedroom to the others. The recepcionists don't care if you are comfortable or not. Don't gave money back, and they don't change your room!

It was the worst hotel I've stayed in. I had to check in at the Topham Hotel which was poor. They wanted to put money on my card, wanted to photo copy my driving licence and were very inflexible, quoting 'the rules'. I was then walked down the road to a building with Eaton Square Hotel on the front. When...

I consider comments are not honest. The hotel has Mews converted as bedrooms and purposed at lowest cost, considering the prices of hotels in London, especially in this part of the town. For the other rooms, prices are high, of course. Just watch prices of flats in an immo shop and you will understand that you pay the same price...

I booked this place VERY last minute as a result of being late at work and unable to get home. The venue was more than accommodating and took my booking no problem. I was EXTREMELY surprised at the price. This is due to the location being within walking distance of Belgravia and next to other hotels who were charge quadruple...

The photos from this hotel looks rather decent and appealing. However, the truth is much different. This room that I am having do not even have a room number and it is on the first floor. Room cannot be lock properly and comes with a cabinet with exposed screw, an abandon network cabinet, old table and oddly placed drawer. The...

On arrival we had to go several doors up the road to Topham's Hotel to check in. We were too early for our room so left our luggage to come back late at night. We were assured the luggage would be put in our room. When we returned it hadn't been! On our return (11pm) we picked up the key...

Never seen worse service. Dingy room, there was not even hot water. We paid for a double and we found ourselves in a closet. Appropriate authorities should monitor the activity of these bilkers posing as hoteliers.150 pounds per night for that piece of junk? What a rip-off!

This is not really a hotel, more a totally down-at-heel annex to another hotel 50 yards away. Room tiny; lock on door barely worked; paint peeling everywhere; shower room almost impossible to get into; basin so narrow that water splashed everywhere; loo so sited that one had to adopt strange position; television did not work; kettle only worked if propped...

I wish I could vote 'not fit for human life'. Absolutely disgusting hotel, the worst I've ever stepped foot in. I walked straight out after 10 minutes & went to another hotel! We asked for a twin room & got given 2 disgusting box rooms. There were cigarette burns in curtains, broken curtain poles, lights and t.v's. Stains on the...

Sell your children on the organ black market if you can't afford something better than this hell hole. They will try to get you to stay in a putrid basement room with peeling paint and wall paper, filthy carpet , a room where the smell would offend a flatulent camel. When you complain you will get a slightly better room,...

Staying in Belgravia

Neighbourhood Profile
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
