For 3 adults and 2 children the family room was alittle cosy but it was nice we were out all day so only needed somewhere to rest. Very clean. Great location. Staff freindly and helpful. Breakfast to your room. What more could you ask for.

I really don't understand the people leaving bad reviews on this hotel, because you get what you pay for and in this case you got way more. We were five girls living in a incredibly small room with five beds squeezed togheter. But who cares? We were in London to se the city, not spend time in the hotel room....

I booked this place without checking Trip Advisor, clearly I am an idiot. What a dump. The worst place I have ever stayed in. Dirty, Cramped, and noisy. We checked in and climbed three flights of very steep stairs. I unlocked the room and thought we had found a cupboard in error. The smallest room in the world, a double...

Very comfortable room for a family of five. Just where can you get this sort of value in this location for a large family? Excellent! A continental breakfast brought to your room at the time you wanted. All the toiletries you need, plus a safe, hairdryer, iron and board and a fan in the room. People who write bad reviews...

The outside looks nice, but we booked a family room (2 adults 3 children) specifying that we required 3 single beds and a double. On arrival we were sent downstairs to the basement to room 2. This room had 1 single, and 2 small double beds crammed into one room. (Not sure what the fire restrictions would have been!) You...

Disgusted with our booking. Checked out 5 minutes after checking in. Dark, smelly, dirty. Couldn't even open our luggage. Noted packaged breakfasts were left outside several doors. Had to find accommodation elsewhere as room was also up 5 flights of stairs.

Hi everyone! If you are looking for a cheap place to stay this would be the best one. First of all, the location is perfect! 2 mins from paddington station. The service is very good. The rooms are small but very clean which is rare for super cheap bnb hotels. Breakfast is delivered to the door and is rather more...

Stayed here few weeks back and can honestly say it is the worst place I have ever stayed in, on arrival we were apologised to for the high price £179 for a twin room, I can only assume this was because they knew the room was no where near worth that! We stayed in number 6 right next to the...

Me and 2 friends stayed here for the weekend on British summer time, on arrival I was told there had been a leak in the triple room we had booked. We was given the option to have a single and double room which we agreed was fine. When we checked in we went to the single room to leave our...
