Clean and big rooms for a very fair price. I have been there twice. The hotel is very close to Earl's Court Tube station, if one lands in Heathrow it's enough to take the Piccadilly for less than thirty minutes line without making any change.
In a quiet area and really close to the Tube.

I booked my room at The Garden View Hotel at the very last minute and really loved the area. I felt safe and it was very quiet and peaceful, away from the main road.

The hotel was in a great location in Earls Court. So easy to get anywhere you needed. The rooms were clean, but super small...i'm guessing thats pretty normal for london though. I wouldnt bother with the breakfast as you can get better on earls court...More
it depends what you want and what you are used to. facilities are minimal and breakfast is adequate but minimal. there is no bar or restaurant on site, you get a small room with a bed, you wouldnt want to spend a lot of time... More

As a budget base to explore london it is fine the High Street and underground are both only a short walk away.
