I had a 2 night stay in the hotel. I decided both days to order dinner from the room service menu so I can eat, meanwhile finishing my work. The menu is quite simple, but perfectly arranged, easy to read. Food arrived before the time they gave me on the phone. Service smiley, respectful and elegant. Just how you would...

We stayed in the basic room. It's good size for two people. Simple, clean and cozy. The restaurant is much more stunning, must visit when come to London. Lots of beautiful picture frames. But the food is just ok.

We booked a table at The Berners Tavern (hotel restaurant) in November and after walking through the hotel and getting 'that cool vibe' from the lobby bar we decided to book a 3 night stay for my birthday this month. We LOVED it!!! The building has so much history with the beautiful high ceilings and the artwork in the restaurant...

They get it just right. Culture, cool, funky . A very special place. This has to be on your list of London hotels. The location is also great and the guests are a pretty cool crowd. Not your average 5 start hotel. If that makes sense to you...

For chic people, you must stay here! It's the hotel with style and as substance. Moreover, its location is very convenient and safe. The room is nice, staff are attentive and friendly. Lobby bar is amazing!

Service was utterly flawless at every touch point. They have the perfect gym downstairs: spotless, a huge range of free weights and machines, all new. Room service was fast and delicious, and the cocktails in the bar were fantastic. I had an incredible room, #704; my colleague was in #206 and was much less happy with the size of her...

Hotel, spacious room and concierge staff were great. Good location near Oxford Station. Don't recommend Berners tavern for a meal, maybe good for drinks---haughty staff, overpriced fare and poor service.

This is my favorite hotel that I've stayed in in London! The location is great convenient to Soho, Covent Garden, British Museum, National Gallery, Hyde Park, St James Park... The rooms are modern and comfortable—not huge, but quite a good size for a city hotel. The gym is far larger and better equipped than in most European hotels, and the...
