There are many reasons to vote this hotel less than one star, but we'll get to that later. I stayed here with my mum for 7 nights after the British Hotel Reservation Service reserved a place here last minute after we came here from Paris. Hugo, Italian host and his wife are very friendly and welcoming. Free and fast wifi. I was referred to this hotel by the British Hotel Reservation Service at Heathrow Airport. I was told it had a private bathroom & continental breakfast. Was referred to this hotel by the British Hotels Reservations Service at Victoria station, and was not expecting miracles but somewhere clean and comfortable to lay our heads.
