Stayed in the triple room which was a bit small for 3 adults . However the room was very clean and had a lovely bathroom . The staff were very nice , friendly and helpful . The hotel is ideally placed for the underground and bus station also 2 minutes to the largest shopping mall in Europe . I would definitely stay here again .

I booked early- 3 months in advance, and got a very good prize. I was unsure what to expect, but I was informed by the bookingsite of the stairs. It was fine, and actually there was a gentleman working there that carried my suitcase for me. The receptionists were very service minded, and the room clean. It is in the middle of Sheperds Bush, so not quiet or the coziest area, but very close to Westfield shopping mall, which was the important part for me. Would stay here again.

The room was just what we needed for a weekend getaway to London. It was small and compact but contained everything we needed. Upon entry the staff were warm and welcoming. The room was basic but all we needed was a bed and a bathroom so we weren’t expecting anything else. Its location is brilliant- everything is on your doorstep. The one downside is the noise. If you’re a light sleeper this place might not be for you. The noise is muffled by the glass but every now and then you feel like you are in a night club when a boy racer passes by. However it’s London so you expect noise at all hours from a city that never sleeps.

Please please stay away from this “hotel” if you can even call it that! It is more like a converted apartment building in a really loud and dirty part of town. It is completely misrepresented in the description and pictures!! I don’t know how they have all these good reviews, it can’t be real?! And it is most definitely NOT a 4 star hotel, there is no way! Read further if you want to hear my story but long story short just please stay elsewhere! This place is an absolute scam. 🤦🏽♀️ I booked this hotel for 3 nights for a work trip. I was trying to save just a little bit of money rather than staying at the Hilton around the corner, it wasn’t that much less, something like $25 less a night. But it looked cute, and had good reviews, and actually said it was 4 start vs the Hilton’s 3…. 🤦🏽♀️When I arrived with my heavy of work equipment I found that there is no elevator but luckily someone helped me up the steep and narrow 3 flights of stairs. I told him I wouldn’t be able to get down on my own and he said no worries I will help you. As soon as I walked in the room I knew I wouldn’t be able to sleep or work there because of how noisy it was. The street noise was over the top loud even with windows closed and ac on, but not only that, there was some kind of alarm (like one that goes off when someone enters a store) every minute or so. It gave me anxiety even just to be in the room for a few minutes. It also wasn’t clean, there was a dead fly in the bathroom, I touched the bed and it felt like it was made of pieces of styrofoam that just disintegrated with any weight. I immediately walked down to the front desk and told her about the noise. In her own words she said “I know, it’s a very noisy room, I wouldn’t be able to sleep in that room either.” So I said well I need to sleep I literally booked this room for the purpose of sleep and I’m on a work trip. She said I’m sorry I totally get it but there are no other rooms tonight we can move you to. I had lugged my equipment bag on public transport and made it all the way from Wales, I was so exhausted and just wanted to rest and I definitely wasn’t going to leave for one night and come back so I told her I was going to have to check out and find another place. She said the room was non refundable (which I knew, but also didn’t expect it to be so misrepresented- it literally says “sound proofed” on every picture and at the top of their hotel description! 🤦🏽♀️) and that because I booked through Expedia they wouldn’t be able to do anything but I could call the manager. Long story short Expedia claimed it is them who decides about the refund and they have rejected it. I also emailed them and they strung me along for a couple weeks only to say they would not refund anything. They kept writing different excuses why they wouldn’t refund, one even said because I “used” the room. Does walking in, leaving my bags for 20 mins to go down and talk to the front desk, then coming up to get them and leave mean I “used it?” 🤦🏽♀️ They don’t care about people and they are completely lying in their description, I honestly don’t know where the good reviews come from or how they could be real! I had to scramble and find a new place last minute and of course spend money on the new place. The thing is this wasn’t even that cheap, it was about $25 less a night than the Hilton that was right around the corner but somehow the area there (near a beautiful park) is LOADS nicer. You turn the corner into the intersection with w12 and it’s sirens, street traffic, people under a tent protesting something loudly or trying to get you to join their religion, an ugly hectic train station and trash everywhere. I’m so disappointed with this experience, it cost me stress and money and this property doesn’t live up to ANY of the standards in its description. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY!!! Oh and guess what! even though I left within 20 mins tops of arriving there was no one was there to help me with my bag. I actually had to have a colleague come over to the property to help me! 🤦🏽♀️…

Stayed here for x1 night with my 8 year old son for his birthday visit to London. For our needs the location to the tube and central line was ideal as well as having so many shops and eateries nearby. Our room was of a nice size, modern and comfortable, we also had no issue with noise - we had room 402 on the very top floor (loft) Lovely big towels in the bathroom. The bed was on the small size but comfortable. Staff very friendly and a water refill station in reception & tube maps. We parked in Westfields (£15 for 24hrs) don’t park in Car Park B, it’s a long walk right through the centre. You need to park at Waitrose, which I believe is car park A. Shepherds Bush is definitely not the safest place, I grew up in London so know what to look out for, but with my young son it did feel a little uneasy at times - day and night, so just be careful. I would stay here again…

Spotlessly clean rare independently owned hotel. Stayed one night, the location is great right next to the Shepherd's Bush tube station. Good size room and huge bathroom. 3 min walk from Westfield car park B. 20 mins tube from Oxford Circus on central line. Would highly recommend. As an independent hotel they are happy for you to call them directly for a discount from other sites prices.

I was tempted to rank it with just one star, but the friendly staff at the front desk made it grant and extra star, but still an overall deficient impression. My room was riculously small. Size could be forgiven, but the disgusting small coming from the toilet which really made me sick, plus the disturbing noise coming from the street, plus the lack of lift which can prove to be a real challenge for people moving bulky luggage, plus.... No, not for me. One of the worst places I have stayed in London. That small coming out of the bathroom will not disappear so easily from my senses.....

A great value hotel, very clean, comfortable well presented room. Very helpful staff, reception manned most of the time. A perfect base for the area. Next door to a 24 hour shop and just round the corner from Shephards Bush underground. Shopping centre and eating places just across the road.

I have stayed in this hotel many times during football season and it has always been a good experience. The rooms are a little bit worn but have always been clean. No complaint on the stuff. The stairs are quite steep and there isn't an elevator so be ready for that. If you are looking for a nice place to sleep in W12 this is a good choice.

Don’t waste your money, anyone who has reviews this hotel as being good, clearly has very poor standards or is diluted. The rooms are tiny, the bed is a single bed (booked a double room!) as you can see from the photos the bed sheets were found like this and the curtains were covered in a white substance with dirty splashes all over too. Absolutely disgusting! We complained, to be told they had no other rooms to move us and we could check out and leave if we wanted but they wouldn’t give our money back. We asked to speak to the manger who was no where to he seen. We then asked for a contact for the manager to speak with him, and we’re given an email address - 3 days later, still no reply to our email…. No acceptable and not good! We feel so strongly we’re taking legal action. We are not the type of people to always complain, far from it, but this is not a good hotel and we feel we need to allow other people to make an informed decision.…
