My wife and I were back at the Union Jack for a few days as we enjoyed ourselves so much earlier in the Summer when we used it as a family meet up when visiting the Somme. Obviously the location is perfect for visiting London and the value exceptional. Once again we couldn't fault our room, the friendly reception staff... More

Every time I visit London I always try to ensure that this is where I stay. Superbly located, great rooms at a great price and good beer too. On my latest stay, I opted to use the restaurant for my evening meal, twice. One night I had ribeye steak, and another night I had swordfish steak. Both dishes were absolutely... More

Three of us went to the Club and had a delightful drink in the bar area before an excellent lunch in the restaurant. Made very welcome and service was first class. All prices very reasonable - we started with potted shrimps, prawn cocktail, etc followed by pork belly, rib eye steak and Club burger. All well cooked with a variety... More

We were a party of eleven. Some had booked single rooms. We had an evening meal, delicious variety, We couldn't fault the service. Everyone had a fab nights sleep and we also had booked for breakfasts. We will never go anywhere else, if we have to visit the big smoke.

My husband and I have just spent two nights here in the Rickett Suite on the 12th floor. Although my husband has stayed several times before on cricket trips this was my first visit. From the second you enter the manned front door you are greeted with friendly and courteous staff. Security is well observed but not overdone (once a... More

Always stay here. The service never waivers, friendly efficient staff. Great location at very reasonable prices. The local gym is excellent. Rooms are small but clean. The bar is cheap and friendly. Would recommend an en-suite room.

I first used the UJC 20 years ago and have been stopping three or four times per year since, on business, whilst travelling and for pleasure . Over the years I've seen in gradually change as the management look at new ideas; the coffee bar, internet cafe, changing rooms, etc., and now phones in rooms and wi-fi. I find it... More

Great location, spotless accommodation and a great atmosphere! As an ex serviceman travelling to an event in London it's the ideal place to stay. Always someone to talk to, clean, airy and centrally located. Stayed here a few times now and have never been disappointed. BZ everyone!
