Little I knew when we booked the room that we were going to have such a bad night sleep. In room next door, 104, there is a party with loud music and illegal substance consumption involved. It is 2 am and I am calling reception. Nothing from them. I have video to evidence it all. The B&B is not worth...

My friend and I stayed here New Year's Eve! I have never stayed anywhere like this - we had been out welcoming in the new year returned by three and had been told the pub below would be partying until three anyway - so no problem. We got into bed and had dozed off to be woken by someone trying...

Room 108 - family room - bed linen clean, shower /basin etc clean. Everything else dirty. It's an old building with secondary glazing - but goodness knows when any of the glass last seen a clean cloth. The top of the TV was thick with dust - and no batteries in the remote control. A table lamp with brocade shade...

It is a beautiful building. People go to visit hillgate area for its famous cemetery, to appreciate the old heritage of London, and the tranquility of Parliament hill. As the Old Crown Inn celebrates on many occasions, people also go here to relax for a night. The Old Crown Inn provides accommodation with free parking and Wi-Fi. It overlooks St...

Cheap (relatively, not so much for us northern folks) and cheerful, gets the job done of being a place to crash for the night. The ability to select a room with a bathroom en-suite is nice and puts the place above a hostel, but if that is no object to you, I would recommend just going for a likely much...

Lovely Victorian building with a myriad of tiny rooms along improbably meandering corridors. Very basic, no frills at all, in need of modernisation, no WiFi in rooms .... but clean and alright if all you want is a clean and fairly comfortable bed.

Wow!! Conveniently positioned within a 5 minute walk of the Tube. Full to the brim of character with great staff and ambience and that's just the bar. We paid £35 for the night. You're not going to find anywhere better for the same money. Add another 100 quid and you might get a room in the Travelodge. This place is...

Can't recommend this place enough, Barmaid Kate was super friendly and made my stay a pleasure. She had great interaction with all the customers and went out of her way to help me. Would deff come back simply for the customer service, in fact will be returning later in the year and bringing friends.

A group of us went to the Old Crown for lunch on Monday 6th June. Having enjoyed a meal there the month before. On both occasions we were treated to good food well cooked and with excellent and friendly service .We don't live in the area but I am sure we will return when we are next in Highgate.
